Abstract: Design and manufacture of this simulator aims to explain how the movement of the differential components. The components of this differential simulation consist of a differential case, pinion gear or spider gear, side gear, spider shaft, electric motor, pulley, v-belt and dimmer (motor speed controller). The method used in making this simulator is to start by first making a simulator design and then continuing with the collection of tools and materials needed. From testing the components of the simulator tool which was carried out for 50 minutes, it was found that every 10 minutes the temperature increased due to the lubrication system that was not maximized. Tests to determine the correlation between the dimmer and the RPM of the electric motor, it was found that any decrease in the resistance value will result in an increase in the RPM value of the electric motor. These results also show that the maximum value of the motor RPM after being assembled is 1435 RPM. Then the test when given a load found that the shaft axle rotation speed of the differential will change if there is a load on one side. From this test, it can be seen that there is an increase in the RPM value on the side of the shaft axle which rotates freely when the other shaft is given a load. With this simulator, it can also provide an overview of how the movement of the differential gears contained in the axle of a unit vehicle so that you can understand how it works

Abstract: Physics learning in universities utilized the Moodle-based e-learning media as an online learning platform. However, the effectiveness of remediating misconception using online media has not been widely researched. Therefore, this study was set to determine the level of misconception percentage reduction through the use of narrative feedback, the e-learning modules, and realistic video. The study was a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method involving 281 students who were taking basic physics courses in the Department of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Education. The data collection used a three-tier diagnostic test based on e-learning at the beginning of the activity and after the treatment (posttest). The results of the data analysis with descriptive statistics show that the most significant treatment in reducing misconception percentage on the topic of free-fall motion was in the following order: narrative feedback, e-learning modules and realistic video. The misconception percentage reduction in the sub-concept of accelerated free- fall was effective for all types of the treatments.

Abstract: This study aims to develop learning media in the form of Tahfizh cards in the learning process of memorizing Al-Quran with an edutainment approach. Tahfizh card is a learning medium in the form of cards that discusses learning to memorize the Qur'an, especially the short letters listed in juz 30 in a fun way that is suitable for children. The method used in this research is a research and development method using the Hanafin and Peck models. The techniques used in data collection were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Tahfizh Card game learning media obtained value through the validation of media experts and theorists with the "very good" category of 96%. The edutainment approach in the process of learning the Qur'an and memorizing the Qur'an is very helpful for students, where it is a fun element that makes them not overwhelmed in the memorization process.

Abstract: The hydraulic oil filter is one of the components contained in the hydraulic system which functions to filter the impurities contained in the oil so that it does not circulate into the system. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the original and non-original filters in relation to the damage that occurred to the control valve. The results indicated that the damage to the spool valve was caused by hydraulic oil contaminated with water, resulting in corrosion on its surface. Visual inspection of the hydraulic oil filter reveals particles found in the filer element.

Abstract: In the process of construction work, operators need accuracy in the process of finishing land leveling works such as road highway building, land reclamation, large commercial, landfill installation, so as to increase productivity. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to manufacture and implement a ground leveling finishing tool using Arduino IDE software and Atmega 328 microcontroller on the Dozer D3K Caterpillar heavy equipment unit. The placement of a series of components from the Grade Monitoring Assist includes the ultrasonic sensor on the lift cylinder, gyro and accelerometer at the top center of the blade, as well as a display that displays the results of parameter readings. Connections between components in Grade Monitoring Assist are cables that integrate all installed components. The results of testing the movement of the blade up and down position to get an accuracy value of 97.30% and an error of 2.70%. While the movement of the blade down position has an accuracy value of 96.50% and an error of 2.50%. And Tests by moving the blade according to the implement movement angle at the maximum blade angle position (either side) with an average error value of 1.48o, cutting ditches (angle V) an average error value of 0.676o

Abstract: East Kalimantan is one of the provinces that has natural resources, especially the abundant mining sector such as coal, oil, and gas. The growth of the coal mining sector makes the level of heavy equipment use also increase. The purpose of this service is to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in the field of heavy equipment for youth organizations, Loa Jananilir District, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The service method is carried out by socializing for youth organizations. The results of the service show that there is an increase in public interest, especially young people, in heavy equipment, especially to support East Kalimantan which will become the new State Capital (Ibu Kota Negara/IKN). The use of excavator type heavy equipment can increase work efficiency and be more optimal because the area that can be worked on is wide and in a short time.

Abstract: Hydraulic system is one of the systems on the heavy equipment unit which is very important for students to understand. The problem that exists in the heavy equipment engineering laboratory at this time is that there is no hydraulic pump test equipment to determine whether the pump that has been repaired is in standard condition or not. To overcome the problems and to support the lecture process, the hydraulic pump test equipment was made. as a tool for testing the feasibility and specifications of the gear type pump. After all the design processes and assembling the required tools, a series of tests will be carried out. The form of tool testing is carried out in the form of pump flow liters per minute, pump pressure in various RPM variations. From the test results, it was found that at RPM 900 the pressure was 100 Psi Flow reading 11 and Flow rate 209, at RPM 1100 pressure 12 Psi Flow reading 15 and Flow Rate 285, At 1372 Pressure 14 Psi Flow reading 19 and flow rate 361, RPM 1500 Pressure 16 Psi Flow reading 19 and Flow rate 437

Abstract: With the installation of more factories for the decortication of cotton-seeds in Pakistan, the utilization of cotton-seed hulls as a feed is likely to assume great importance. During 1949–50, the writers made determinations of the chemical composition and the feeding value of Pakistan cottonseed hulls by conducting a digestibility trial on dry Sahiwal cows. They are found to contain 39.89–56.47% total digestible nutrients (mean value = 48.68%) and 0.0–0.38% digestible protein. It was observed during the trials that the cows could eat about 20 lb. of hulls per head per day without difficulty. The cows also ate hulls in preference to wheat straw. Being low in calcium and phosphorus, cotton-seed hulls should not be used as a sole roughage for long periods, unless supplemented with calcium or phosphorus in mineral form, or preferably with silage, legume hay or green fodder of good quality. Pakistan cotton-seed hulls appear to be equal, if not better, than wheat straw as a cattle feed. From the economic point of view, hulls should be used as a cattle feed only if they are purchasable at about the same price as wheat straw.
