Content: Trotz massiver Förderungen für die Digitalisierung ist die Präsenzlehre noch immer der Standard an deutschen Hochschulen. Aufgrund des Physical Distancing im Zuge der Corona-Pandemie musste sie jedoch kurzfristig fast vollständig digitalisiert werden. Die Beiträger*innen des Bandes bieten einen multiperspektivischen Zugang zu den damit verbundenen Herausforderungen und beleuchten, wie die verschiedenen Akteur*innen die Umstellung auf digitale Lehr- und Lernformate umgesetzt und erlebt haben. Durch die Zusammenführung der verschiedenen Sichtweisen können die Bedarfe und Wünsche der einzelnen Akteursgruppen zusammengebracht und bei der nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung der Hochschullehre besser berücksichtigt werden.

Content: Das Phänomen der so genannten „Ehrenmorde“ erfährt in der deutschen Öffentlichkeit vor dem Hintergrund der Diskussionen über die Integration von Migranten aus islamischen Ländern eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit. In diesen Diskussionen werden häufig jedoch nicht alle Aspekte umfassend abgebildet, weil es sich bei den „Ehrenmorden“ in Wirklichkeit um einen vielschichtigen Phänomenbereich handelt. So ist es vor dem Hintergrund des bisherigen Forschungsstands schwierig, das Phänomen der „Ehrenmorde“ überhaupt eindeutig zu definieren oder von anderen Fällen familialer oder aus der Dynamik von Beziehungen entstehender Tötungsdelikte abzugrenzen. Auch ist die Anzahl solcher Fälle von Tötungsdelinquenz in Deutschland unklar, was auch damit zusammenhängt, dass jeweils das Motiv des Täters bzw. der Täter bewertet werden muss. Wegen der vielen offenen Fragen betraute das Bundesministerium des Innern das BKA mit der Vergabe einer empirischen Untersuchung, die durch das Freiburger Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Strafrecht durchgeführt wurde. Das Ziel dieser Studie bestand in der Identifizierung aller Fälle von Ehrenmorden in Deutschland im Zeitraum von 1996 bis 2005 auf der Basis von Prozessakten sowie Medienberichten. In der empirischen Analyse wurden die Täter-Opfer-Konstellation, der Tathergang, das Motiv sowie die justizielle Verarbeitung der Fälle systematisch untersucht. Schließlich wurden die untersuchten Tötungsdelikte klassifiziert – es ergaben sich „Ehrenmorde im engeren Sinn“ und „Ehrenmorde im weiteren Sinn“ sowie ursprüngliche Falschklassifizierungen – und eine Hochrechnung dazu angestellt, wie viel „Ehrenmorde“ in Deutschland zurzeit jährlich geschehen. Auf der Basis dieser fundierten Untersuchungsergebnisse bieten sich nun verbesserte Möglichkeiten zur Bewertung der quantitativen Bedeutung dieses Phänomens in Deutschland, zur differenzierten phänomenologischen Beschreibung sowie zur Einschätzung der einschlägigen justiziellen Praxis.
