Content: This paper addresses the question of whether crowd workers on microtask platforms should be classified as employees. For years, this has been disputed from the perspective of labor law, but with a certain tendency to deny it. However, the BAG ruled in December 2020 that a crowd worker can be an employee by and large. So how are the circumstances to be assessed that make a crowd worker an employee (or non-employee)? That is what this paper investigates. In the first part of the paper, we review various empirical studies on crowd work and analyze the functioning of platforms. Economic and organizational sociology are also considered. In the second part, concrete case analyses from a self-experiment are presented in order to be able to evaluate them in terms of labor law. In the third part, two aspects are opened up, firstly, how the divergence between the national and the European legal concept of employee is again revealed in crowd work. On the other hand, new forms of regulation are suggested: For example, does Regulation P2B Regulation (2019/1150) not fit many of the problems of platform work? What about its applicability to platform work? What about "regulation by design"? Finally, it must be considered, how labor law can cope with new forms of work and, above all, forms of new organizational methods.

Content: The main objective of this article is to analyze the action of the rural extension in the process of productive diversification of the family agriculture in Dom Feliciano-RS. For so much, it was looked for to understand the different meanings attributed to the culture of the tobacco by the farmers and its different conceptions of productive diversification. It was used as technique of collection of data the participant observation and the application of 40 interviews with semi-structured script. It was ended that there is a paradox - the ones that more needs attendance technique are the ones that less acess the service. The action of the rural extension is still focus in the intervention, propitiating little interface relationships and of social mediation. The idea of a model production only-pattern and of intervention for such a several social reality is I fail, although the farmers have the fact in common of they be producing of tobacco, this homogeneity of productive culture doesn't imply, for consequence, a social homogeneity of the productive units and less still of the projects and of the desires of the members of the families.

Content: This article aims, from the theoretical origins, a conceptual understanding of the term "meios de vida" by Antonio Candido, to what or whom it refers and which is its real meaning and applicability in current understandings of rural livelihoods, verifying its correlation with the "livelihoods perspective". For this purpose, it ́s applied the latest version of "The partners of Rio Bonito", Searching into the livelihoods perspective, such comparative parameter to elucidate the pioneering studies by social scientist Antonio Candido in the understanding of rural livelihoods transformations in the middle of the XX century. Based on the data and information applied in the assay, the “meios de vida” proposed by Candido, weren't and aren't the same “livelihoods” proposed by Chambers, Conway, Ellis, and Scoones, although attending another proposal, applied in different contexts, from others perspectives, but with the same goals, which however does not exclude the concept from the livelihoods perspective genealogy, unlike, inserting it in one of its branches and arms as located and successful experiences.
