Series Statement:
Studien und Beiträge zum Öffentlichen Recht Band 60
Content:
Content:
The broad sphere of reproducing life – from procreation to pregnancy and birth – has so far not been systematically presented in the German constitutional law discourse. Laura Anna Klein argues that it is therefore time for a new conception of fundamental rights that takes interdisciplinary findings into consideration and incorporates human rights guarantees.
