Content: Australian Export: A Guide to Law and Practice remains an ideal introduction and guide to the legal requirements and processes that affect international transactions, and their commercial implications. As global trade and overseas markets become increasingly important for Australian business, the need for a concise and accessible overview of relevant laws and procedures has never been greater. Australian Export meets this need with an emphasis on real-world considerations and practical solutions, underpinned by expert commentary on the law. This new edition has been thoroughly updated to reflect recent legal developments in Australia and internationally, and the coverage of many topics has been expanded. New examples and case studies have been added, and each chapter now includes key concepts and further reading to reinforce learning.

Content: The studies collected in Preaching after Easter examine the festal history and homiletics of Mid-Pentecost, Ascension, and Pentecost in the late antique Mediterranean world. Articles on individual sermons or the work of individual preachers such as John Chrysostom, Augustine of Hippo, Peter Chrysologus, Leo the Great, and Severus of Antioch exhibit the richness of late antique festal preaching. Questions of authenticity, heresiology, and theological, exegetical, or liturgical history are addressed with methodological rigor. Complementary contributions that deal with ancient Jewish-Christian dialogue, art-historical reception, and contemporary liturgical theology illustrate the wide ramifications of ancient Christian festal practice. Students and scholars of these feasts and the interpretive traditions devoted to them will find this volume to be an indispensable source of information and analysis

Content: "In Earth and Mind: Dreaming, Writing, Being Michael Bishop examines the very recent work of nine major contemporary French and Francophone writers: Yves Bonnefoy, Jacqueline Risset, Salah Stétié, Vénus Khoury-Ghata, Tahar Ben Jelloun, André Velter, Marie-Claire Bancquart, Jean-Claude Pinson and Jacques Dupin. The issue of writing's complex relation to the experience of the earth is of central pertinence, involving questions of dreaming, voice, figurativity, emotion, desire, revolt, metaphysics, meaning, poiein and being. Discussion entails close reading of works as well as broad contextualisation and a sensitivity to interrelevancies from writer to writer. Bishop's book is intended as a companion to his 2014 Dystopie et poïein, agnose et reconnaissance: seize études sur la poésie française et francophone contemporaine"--

Content: Whilst there is extensive literature analysing the design and function of new buildings and places, the actual process through which development proposals are actually fashioned - through complex negotiation and deal making, involving many different stakeholders with different agendas - is largely undocumented. Conventional planning theory tends to assume a logical, rational and linear decision-making process, which bears little relationship to reality. This book aims to shed some light on that reality. The King's Cross scheme is one of the largest and most complex developments taking place in Britain today. The planning negotiations, which took six years, were probably some of the most exhaustive debates around a development ever. A report of over 600 pages of technical information was eventually presented to the committee, and after two evenings and ten hours of presentations and debate, the committee approved the scheme by just two votes.
