»Strategy in Volatile Markets« -- By integrating and extending models from economic theory and the strategic management literature, James Madden develops a new framework to analyze how a firm can gain competitive advantage through diversification. From a theoretical point of view, this book sheds new light on why decision makers choose specific governance structures and growth directions. From a practical perspective, this book has important implications for strategic decision making under conditions of technological change.
