Abstract:
Recommender systems are common in e-commerce, but the recommendation of experts and contact persons in company networks or scientifi c disciplines is still discussed theoretically. We propose an approach for establishing an expert recommender system based on similarity measures in digital social networks like social bookmarking services and their folksonomies.
