Lieber Volksmarine als Küche! Hannes Peters ist heilfroh, dass er seinem ungeliebten Beruf als Koch entfliehen und zur Volksmarine gehen kann. Er ist überglücklich, dass er als Hydroakustiker eingesetzt wird. Doch dann erkrankt der Koch und Hannes wird in die Kombüse versetzt. Er sträubt sich, serviert ungenießbare Klöße und versalzenen Kaffee, doch es hilft alles nichts!
