In Karl Duschek (1947-2011), der 1972 in das Atelier eintrat und wenig später Partner wurde, fand Stankowksi einen Gleichgesinnten. Ihre Fähigkeit, komplexe Botschaften telegrammartig zu verkürzen und in einprägsame Zeichensysteme zu verdichten, entwickelte sich zu ihrem eigenen Markenzeichen.
