Abstract:
In den meisten der für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland vorliegenden Untersuchungen des berufsstrukturellen Wandels ist die bis zum Beginn der 60er Jahre erfolgte Aufnahme von mehr als 10 Millionen Flüchtlingen und Vertriebenen des Zweiten Weltkrieges nicht explizit berücksichtigt. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wird in Ergänzung und Erweiterung einer der wenigen zu dieser Thematik vorliegenden Arbeiten der Frage nachgegangen, inwieweit sich im Bundesdurchschnitt vorfindbareTrends auch für das Bundesland Bayern nachweisen lassen, das in der ersten Nachkriegszeit noch sehr stark landwirtschaftlich geprägt war und mit dem Problem der Integration einer besonders großen Zahl von Vertriebenen und Flüchtlingen konfrontiert war. Im Mittelpunkt der Analyse stehen dabei Aspekte der Integration der weiblichen Vertriebenen. Mit Hilfe log-linearer Techniken wird der Versuch unternommen, Alters-, Perioden- und Kohorteneffekte, welche die Erwerbsbeteiligung von Frauen zwischen 1939 und 1971 beeinflußt haben, in ihrer Größenordnung zu bestimmen und zwischen vertriebener und einheimischer Bevölkerung zu vergleichen.
