Les domaines d'exercice de la sémiotique ont leur niveau de pertinence très limité recouvrant la totalité des cultures. Car l'activité cognitive liée aux représentations ou des comportements signifiants possibles dans une culture active la totalité des savoirs, des connaissances pratiques, cognitives et pathémiques. Les premières annonces publicitaires datent des premiers jours de la civilisation humaine ; elles ont été trouvées parmi des ruines de Babylone. La présentation d'un objet en s'appuyant sur ses points forts ou faibles a progressé de jour en jour. Des spots publicitaires sont généralement très courts et exploitent au maximum la possibilité de combiner les cinq matières de l'expression de la video : sons (paroles, bruits , musique), images (fixes, animées, photographiques ou graphiques), écriture (intertitres, surtitres et sous-titres, toutes mentions écrites). Il en résulte un ensemble d'images et de sons, d'impressions, de sensations et de significations. Des tensions internes entre le verbal et le visuel, laissent place à la pensée du spectateur qui va à la rencontre de celle du destinateur dans l'espace entre le verbal et l'image. L'approche sémiologique étudie la signification à partir du signe qui est la cause de sa force et sa faiblesse en même temps en franchissant les domaines artistique, sociologique, économique, psychologique, littéraire. Tout discours dépend, des conditions spécifiques de la situation d'échange dans laquelle il apparaît. Les types de discours informatif, démonstratif, didactique, au-delà de leur conditionnement énonciatif global, se spécifient en fonction du conditionnement énonciatif particulier qui caractérise chaque situation d communication. Il nous faut donc décrire les composantes de cette situation de communication

The practice areas of semiotics have their very limited relevance level covering the entire crop. Because cognitive activity related to the representations or conduct signifying possible in an active culture of practical cognitive and pathemic knowledge. The first advertisements date from the first days of human civilzation, they were found among the ruins of Babylon. The presentation of an object based on its strenghts and weaknesses grew day by day. Commercials are generally very short and make maximum use of the possibility of combining the five subjects of the expression of the video : sounds (words, sounds, music) images (still, animated, graphic or photographic), write (headings, subtitles and titles, all written records). The result is a set of images and sounds, impressions, feelings and meanings. Internal tensions between the verbal and visual leave room for the viewer's mind that goes out to meet that of the sender in the space between the verbal and image. The semiotic approach to studying the meaning from the sign that is the cause of its strength and weakness at the same time, crossing the artistic, sociological, economic, psychological, literary. All discourse depends, specific conditions of the exchange situation in which it appears. Type of informative speeches, demonstration, teaching, beyond their enunciative overall conditioning, are specified depending on packaging enunciation which characterizes each particular communication situation. So we need to describe the components of this communication
