Abstract: Introduction . Wheat is the main grain cropwhich is used for fodder and food purposes in most countries of the world. Flour is the main product of wheat processing, it is subject to a number of quality and safety requirements depending on the use. The purpose of the current work was to identify varietal traits and the effect of the forecrops on the formation of technological properties of grain and flour of winter common wheat varieties, thento select the best of them according to the studied properties. Methods. There were estimated the technological properties of 17 winter common wheat varieties ( Triticum aestivum L .) developed by the Agricultural Research Center “Donskoy”, 10 of them were included in the State List of Breeding Achievements, 7 of them are currently being studied. The indicators of the technological, flour-milling, biochemical and physical traits of grain were assessed in accordance with the GOSTs. Results. There has been established that for the entire period the varieties formed a large nature grain weight and corresponded to the first quality class according to the two studied forecrops. As a result of the conducted study there was found out that the choice of a forecrop affected protein percentage in grain and flour. There has been identified varieties ‘Zhavoronok’, ‘Podarok Krymu’, ‘Zolotoy Kolos’, ‘Ayuta’ and ‘Premiera’ had high flour properties according to the technological efficiency of milling (E) after both of the studied forecrops. The varieties ‘Zhavoronok’, ‘Podarok Krymu’ and ‘Premiera’ were characterized by high values of flour-milling estimation (MS).

Abstract: Political relations between Russia and China have always had ambiguous consequences for the dynamics of indicators of foreign trade relations at both national and regional levels. For cross-border regions, to which the Irkutsk Region belongs, explicit and implicit political and economic "vibrations" between countries, in connection with Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, in turn, directly and indirectly affect the state of the region's trade with the provinces of the PRC. The Irkutsk Region has long been one of the centers of polarization of foreign trade relations with the Northeastern Provinces of the People's Republic of China. But given the high degree of importance of further implementation of the "eastern direction" of the foreign trade policy of the Russian Federation due to the increasing deconstruction of international economic relations “West-East” for the Irkutsk region, the question of its place, role and status in the trends of Russian-Chinese discourse in the near and medium term is being actualized to determine the prospects for the development of the external economic space of the Irkutsk region. The article analyzes the dynamics of foreign trade relations between the Irkutsk region and the provinces of China in order to identify regional traditionally inertial and corrective factors for further adaptation of the region in the conditions of geopolitical and geo-economic transformation of relations between Russia and China. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are formulated about the emerging contradictions between the level of production capabilities and economic needs in bilateral relations between the Irkutsk Region and the Northeastern Provinces of the PRC, which nevertheless do not prevent the preservation of the leading positions of the Irkutsk region relative to other regions of the eastern economic zone, but suggest the intensification of existing ties and their geographical diversification.

Abstract:    Relevance.  Today, a significant place in the feeding of farm animals is given to such inexpensive waste from the oil extraction industry as sunflower husk. In this regard, one of the promising and modern methods for optimizing feed production can be the use of liquid media activated in various ways, in combination with ultrasonic treatment.    Materials and methods.  The object of research was crushed sunflower husk (1.0 mm) (sample 1), as well as husk sonicated (cavitated) in hydromodules with water (in the ratio “husk: water” 1 : 3 (sample 2)), and with lactic acid (“husk: lactic acid” 1 : 3 (sample 3)). The obtained samples were used in in vitro studies with rumen fluid in the “Daisy D200I” incubator (“Ankom Technology”, USA). The following indicators of the exchange of nitrogenous metabolites in the cicatricial contents were determined – residual and total nitrogen by the Kjeldahl method according to the method of K. K. Akhazhanova (2016); ammonia nitrogen – by microdiffusion method according to Conway. The taxonomic composition of the scar fluid was determined by NGS-sequencing using the “MiSeq device” (“Illumina”, USA).    Research results.  Data analysis showed that the use of cavitated sunflower husk increases the digestibility of dry matter by 19.0 % (Р ≤ 0.01), and cavitated together with lactic acid husk – by 20.7 % (Р ≤ 0.01) in comparison with crushed husk. When incubating cavitated sunflower husk and cavitated together with lactic acid sunflower husk, there were a decrease in the number of archaea, in particular the class Methanobacteria, by 23.73 % and 20.36 % (Р ≤ 0.05) and an increase in the number of bacteria of the phyla Bacteroidetes by 10.2 % and 11.27 %, Firmicutes – by 4.66 % and 6.86 % relative to the use of crushed husk.

Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the neurotoxicological profile of the new compound AB-19, acting on collagen glycation end products (AGE) and their receptors (RAGE), for the prevention and treatment of diabetes complications. The multi-test method «S. Irwin» was used. The test results were evaluated in parallel groups receiving the substance in doses starting with the average effective dose (ED50) and with a multiple increase by 5, 10, 20 and 50 times. It was found that the compound AB-19 in doses of 20, 100 and 200 mg / kg does not affect the functional and behavioral status of animals. However, with an increase to 400 mg / kg, typical manifestations of intoxication were observed: a decrease in muscle tone, hypothermia, sedation, tachypnea. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the neurotoxicological properties of the compound AB-19 are characterized by dose-dependent activity. A minimum toxic dose of 400 mg / kg ≤ Td min ≤ 1000 mg / kg was also indicated.

Abstract: Background: High political and economic turbulence, changes in the international relations and cross-national economic ties enhance the demand for developing and launching new pharmacological treatments as a part of nationally independent health care program and import substitution policy. The number of clinical trials is growing rapidly, increasing the need for more effective solutions in organizing these trials optimizing the time, financial resources and efforts of medical personnel. The global trend of creating a new digital ecosystem in health care also raises the issues of higher patient involvement, taking into account the patient's psychological and physical barriers including the issues of personal data security. Aims: Evaluating the motivation and readiness of current clinical trials participants to switch to mobile technologies and identifying the barriers for these shifts. Method: The survey among 75 participants of clinical trials using offline self-completed questionnaire, data processing using statistical tools for data analysis. Results: Currently, 56% of respondents who are current participants of traditional medical trials would definitely agree to participate in mobile clinical trials. Compared to the consistency rate between traditional clinical trials estimated as 73%, the shift to a new format will result in 17% additional losses. The serious barrier for participation is the concerns about the security of personal information it is highly relevant for 37% of respondents and moderately relevant for 44%. The important motivating factor for the participation is the open access to personal medical data - 44% of respondents were highly interested in obtaining this data and 31% are somewhat interested. Conclusion. The results of the pilot study confirmed relatively high readiness of current participants to join mobile clinical trials and use mobile devices and solutions in future trials. However the level of readiness is unequal between different socio-demographic groups. Differentiating parameters are age, former experience of clinical trials and the skills in using digital technologies. Training programs for managers and researchers of clinical trials, provision of devices for non-users, timely technical support during the data collection and transparency in data usages can help to address key issues which slow down the peoples participation in mobile trials.

Abstract: The article provides an overview of the current state of the application of solid-phase methods for separating the structure of grain and leguminous raw material into constituent components, as one of the most relevant areas of environmental protection and reducing the amount of wastewater from enterprises processing agricultural raw materials. The main direction of research on the production of protein concentrates from leguminous raw materials (peas, beans, chickpeas, lupine) by the method of air classification is noted. Among grain crops, rye stands out as having a more balanced amino acid composition compared to wheat and the largest starch grains up to 60 microns, which improves the aero-dynamic separation of grain flour into protein and starch fractions. Тherefore, rye flour was the object of research in this work. The research area included the development of a method for determining the starch content in the heavy fraction of rye flour from the yield of its light protein fraction and its starch content using an installation with variable parameters of a two-chamber disperser and a vortex classifier. The results of experiments on the separation of the mass of the initial rye flour into heavy starch and light protein fractions with a given ratio of starch and protein are theoretically justified and experimentally confirmed. The dependences of the starch content in the heavy fraction on the number of cycles of its recycling are established. With variable parameters of grinding rye flour, determined by the speed of the working bodies of the dispersant from 70 to 100 m/s, the time of grinding and recirculation of the heavy fraction of 30 s and the tangential speed of the classifier rotor of 15 m/s, stable results were obtained for the separation of starch and protein. Тhe yield of the heavy fraction of 72 % with a starch content of 85 % and the yield of the light fraction of 28 % with a mass fraction of protein of at least 26 %.
