Note: Nora Berger ist nicht nur leidenschaftlich frankophil veranlagt, sondern auch eine Liebhaberin der schönen Künste. Ihre besondere Vorliebe gilt von jeher den französischen Schriftstellern von Racine über Zola, Balzac und Proust bis Sartre. Einige Jahre lebte sie in Paris und studierte an der Sorbonne Literatur und Philosophie. Fasziniert von der Zeit der französischen Revolution nutzte sie die Jahre in Frankreich, um an den Originalschauplätzen zu recherchieren und in französischen Archiven Material zu sichten.
