    Abstract: The article substantiates the main determinants of the development of energy efficient technologies in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The main problems that hinder the achievement of energy independence of Ukraine are revealed and their essence is revealed. The problems and prospects for the adaptation of current technologies in crop production, the latest technical and technological solutions in animal husbandry and resource-saving farming systems to the existing conditions of domestic agricultural production are stated. The analysis of the use of modern energy efficient technologies in the field of crop production is carried out and it is substantiated that they are associated with the use of modern technology and renewable energy sources, space information technologies. The features of innovative energy- and resource-saving farming technologies are considered. The newest technical and technological solutions in animal husbandry, contributing to energy saving in the context of modern technical and technological support of the industry, energy and resource saving technologies, production of biofuel (biogas) with a description of problems and prospects are proposed. Measures to overcome the crisis state of innovative and technological activity of agricultural enterprises are proposed, aimed at strengthening the agricultural sector and ensuring its progressive development. The use of promising energy-efficient technologies in the agro-industrial complex has been substantiated as a guarantee of the development of the industry on an innovative basis. Review of measures to improve government regulation and incentives for the transition to energy efficient technologies, namely: improving the image of the state on the world stage to increase investment attractiveness; development of an effective energy policy that will have a close relationship with the European energy direction; liberalization of energy markets and delineation of energy supply sources, etc. It has been proved that at the state level it is necessary to constantly inform agricultural producers about modern energy-saving technologies, introduce pilot projects, and continuously monitor the efficiency of energy resources use.

    Abstract: The article examines the approaches to solving the problems of efficient solid householdwaste management (SHW) in Ukraine and the world. The prevalence of solid householdwaste incineration in the leading countries of the world is determined. Insufficiently the developed system of sorting, processing and utilization of household waste in Ukraine is stated. The formation of a set of measures in the field of ensuring the processing and utilization of household waste was studied on the example of Illintsi territorial community. The analysis of the efficiency of the waste sorting complex on the territory of the solid waste landfill in the city of Illinka, Illintsi district, Vinnytsia region, was carried out by the enterprise KP «Dobrobut». The structure of solid waste that is sorted on the basis of this enterprise and the volume of sales of sorted raw materials are studied. The need for further processing of organic waste and incineration of unclaimed household waste has been identified. An advanced technology for the processing of organic waste using vermibiota: California worm, Dendrobena and Staratel has been proposed. The advanced vermicomposting technology will allow to obtain organic fertilizers and significantly reduce the time of composting, which will positively affect the economic efficiency of the enterprise. The scenario of development by KP «Dobrobut» focused on production of biohumus and biomass of vermiculture is developed. The main directions of the strategy of social and ecological development of Illinetsk territorial (TС) are related to the processing of organic household waste into compost and vermiculture, which will provide agricultural producers with organic fertilizers at reasonable prices, partially provide food in the form of vermibiota fisheries and poultry processing crops, increase revenues to the local budget by UAH 2.65 million annually.

    PROSPECTS OF BIOLFUELS PRODUCTION IN THE CONDITIONS OF LAND RELATIONS REFORM

    Abstract: The article examines the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land in the regions of Ukraine. The dynamics of change of sown areas of the main agricultural crops is analyzed. The directions of the development of agricultural production in the short term are determined. The main components of biomass energy potential in Ukraine are studied – agricultural residues (straw of cereals and rapeseed, by-products of corn and sunflower production) and energy crops (willow, poplar, miscanthus for solid biofuels and corn silage for production). It is determined that in the structure of energy production from biomass in Ukraine, agricultural residues and energy crops occupy the last places, as their potential is used by 0.1-3.0% depending on the type of biomass. The necessity of creating of energy cooperatives in rural areas focused on the production of solid biofuels from crop waste has been proved. The prospects for the development of bioenergy outlined in the «Roadmap for the development of bioenergy until 2050 and the Аction plan until 2025» are studied and the forecast of the development of the energy potential of biomass is made. It is determined that despite a significant number of existing regulations related to the development of biofuels, measures to support biofuel producers include only two instruments: a «green» tariff for electricity produced from renewable energy sources (including biomass / biogas), and stimulating tariff for thermal energy, produced from alternative energy sources (including biomass / biogas). Barriers to the development of biofuels production and possible ways to overcome them have been studied. The need to create bioenergy clusters to stimulate the production of biofuels has been identified. Measures to improve state regulation and support the production of biofuels are summarized. It is proved that at the state level it is necessary to constantly motivate agricultural producers to produce different types of biofuels. The main directions of the strategy of biofuel production development in the conditions of land relations reform are substantiated.

    Abstract: Educational institutions should promptly respond to the labor market needs and offer those educational products that will ensure the knowledge structure and acquired skills compliance with the country social and economic development tasks. This can be ensured by a marketing approach to management. Technology and marketing tools are quite common components of the higher and professional education institutions development strategy formation. At the same time, they are not used enough in the school educational institutions planning and organizing activities practice. The purpose of the article has been defined as the determination of the requirements for building a marketing management system in educational institutions and positioning its main components in the form of logically interconnected structural elements that technologically and instrumentally ensure the realization of their functional purpose. Based on the synthesis of scientific approaches to the interpretation of the marketing management essence, the authors’ position has been formed regarding the interpretation of the educational institution marketing management essence as a system of information support for making management decisions, which makes it possible to maintain the organization's constant connection with the external environment, integrating and directing the efforts of all its structural links for the implementation of a socially significant mission and the achievement of established goals. The specifics of educational services of school educational institutions have been characterized and, taking this into account, the marketing management main functions of a school education institution (analytical, project-experimental, representative, operational-management, educational and competent) have been highlighted. Each function purpose has been specified and its instrumental and technological content has been formed. Practical implementation of the concept of marketing management in school education institutions will make it possible to increase the validity of strategic plans, bring them closer to the needs of the labor market and position the institution more clearly in the market of educational services.     Abstract: Introduction. The factor that has potential for a significant increase in food prices is the increase in biofuel production from agricultural food raw materials. Today it is virtually impossible to determine the quantitative parameters of the influence of biofuels production on food prices. According to the International Monetary Fund, 15 to 30% increase in food prices is the result of growing crops for biofuel production. Both the opponents and supporters of biofuels from agricultural raw materials have subjective economic considerations. Methods. The following methods have become the methodological basis of research: dialectical method, abstract and logical method, graphical method, method of theoretical generalization method, method of analogy and system approach. Results. The article analyses the level of food security in Ukraine and examines the likely impact of biofuel production on food security in the country. It has been substantiated that first generation biofuel production in Ukraine does not pose a threat to food security, since there are land that can be used to grow energy crops. It has been studied the expediency of biofuel production from the surplus of food crops that is being exported. It has been motivated by the need to switch to the production of second-generation biofuels, which does not endanger food security.

    Abstract: The article is devoted to one of the main components of the professional competence of a modern teacher – competence in the field of information and communication technologies, namely, information and digital competence. The article gives an overview of the terminology used in foreign and domestic scientific literature. The analysis of researches revealing the essence and content of competence of the future teacher in the field of ICT is carried out. On the basis of analysis and generalization of information on the proposed topic, a complex of pedagogical conditions regarding the formation of information and digital competence of future teachers in the process of studying the informatics disciplines is considered. The article explores the ways of development and the conditions for the formation of information and digital competence of future educators. Information competence is considered as the ability of the student to search, to process the information received using modern technology. The studied experience testifies to the urgency of the problem of development of information and digital competency of teachers.

    Abstract: Domestic economy has been largely driven by the agrarian sector in recent years. Agricultural companies need funds to finance their current activities, introduction of new technologies, insurance of existing risks, development of trade and transport infrastructure. For this purpose, they use their own and borrowed financial resources. However, the agrarian business is trapped in limited access to resources in the presence of a large number of financial instruments in the Ukrainian market. Research on the financial support of agricultural enterprises, including agricultural producers, shows that they mostly work at their own expense. Although the share of self-financing of economic activity is considerable, it is not sufficient to meet all needs. As agrarian business has certain peculiarities, it imprints on instruments of accumulation and use of financial resources in this sector of economy. The article deals with the problems related to the financial support of the agricultural production of Ukraine, which highlights the ways to improve the financial and credit support of agricultural production in Ukraine. The economic and legal mechanism of regulation of agrarian entrepreneurship of Ukraine with determination of directions of its development on the basis of optimization of production and social infrastructure, increase of competitiveness of agricultural production, increase of its volumes, improvement of quality and safety of gricultural production, environmental protection and reproduction of natural resources, increase of natural resources, increase rural population.
