Das seit seinem erstmaligen Erscheinen 1983 (vgl. BA 1/84, 31; hier seitdem nicht mehr angezeigt) mehrmals neu aufgelegte Standardwerk über die Kranken- und Behindertenmorde in Hitlerdeutschland (Deckname: "Aktion T 4") wurde laut Vorwort im Text gestrafft und um neue Informationen u.a. über die Tötung behinderter Kinder zu "wissenschaftlichen" Zwecken, die Morde mittels Hunger und Medikamenten seit 1941 und die Mitverantwortung der Wehrmacht für die Verbrechen erweitert. Ergänzt durch die neuere Darstellung von M. Burleigh (zuletzt BA 12/02) zur Einordnung von Einzeldarstellungen über Tatorte (z.B. T. Stöckle: "Grafeneck 1940", 2. Auflage 2002; künstlerisch über Hadamar: B. Klementowski, Mainz 2009; beide hier nicht besprochen), Berichten über Opfer-Schicksale (z.B. der kleinen Edith Hecht in M. Krischer: "Kinderhaus", BA 5/06; eine Sammlung von Opfer-Biografien in: "Das Vergessen der Vernichtung ist Teil der Vernichtung selbst", BA 9/07) sowie Täter-Viten (z.B.
