Content: En janvier 2005, le 9e Cours de Saint-Paul-de-Vence, consacré au Cancer du Sein a été dominé par l¹établissement des «Recommandations pour la Pratique Clinique». Les cinq sujets de ces recommandations, comme la prise en charge du creux axillaire, les traitements néo-adjuvants, la prise en charge des patientes dont la tumeur sur-exprime HER2, l¹hormonothérapie adjuvante et enfin la chimiothérapie adjuvante ont été largement abordés. Comme à chaque cours, certains domaines incontournables ont été traités tels que le dépistage organisé, la radiologie conventionnelle et l¹IRM, les facteurs pronostiques et prédictifs. Les cancers canalaires et les cancers lobulaires ont été comparés d¹une manière remarquable dans trois communications qui ont été réalisées par l¹école de Saint-Cloud. Les données sur les cancers in situ ont été actualisées. Enfin, des conseils ont été donnés pour l¹utilisation des différents référentiels, qu¹ils soient locaux, régionaux ou nationaux.

Note: Wir können nun den 6. Band der Reihe "Ersatz- und Ergänzungsmethoden zu Tierversuchen" vorlegen. Aus Kostengründen wurden hier die Ergebnisse des 6., 7. und 8. Österreichischen internationalen Kongresses über Ersatz- und Ergänzungsmethoden zu Tierversuchen in einem einzigen Band zusammengefaßt. Die Kongresse fanden traditionell in Linz, Österreich, statt. Innerhalb eines Jahres wurden hier drei aufwendige Tagungen veranstaltet und denjenigen, die an diesen Kongressen nicht teilnehmen konnten, gibt dieser vorliegende 6. Band die Möglichkeit, sich umfassend über die dort vorgestellten Erkenntnisse zu informieren. Die Intensität mit der hier in kurzer Zeit wissenschaftliche Diskussionen vorbereitet und geführt wurden, wird ein Maßstab für die Zukunft sein, die Latte haben wir uns aber ziemlich hoch gelegt. Schwerpunkte dieser Kongresse waren unter anderem: -Chirurgische Forschung -Onkologische Forschung -Transgene Tiere -Zellkulturen -Kosmetika -Quantitative Struktur-Wirkungsbeziehungen -Okotoxikologie -Recht und Ethik Die Herausgeber der 6. Bandes der Reihe "Ersatz- und Ergänzungsmethoden zu Tierversuchen" möchten den Referenten und Gutachtern sehr herzlich für ihre Mitarbeit an diesem Band danken. Content: Le présent ouvrage apporte une contribution à l’histoire des arts du spectacle à Rome entre l’avènement en 1644 du pape Innocent X, issu de la famille des Pamphilj, et la mort du cardinal mécène Pietro Ottoboni en 1740, qui marqua la fin de l’époque du népotisme. Les innombrables spectacles organisés à l’époque par les familles de la haute aristocratie ont laissé des traces de leur exécution et de leur appréciation par le public dans des archives encore peu exploitées. En analysant, sous l’angle du concept de performance, l’événement spectaculaire dans toutes ses dimensions (mécénat, financement, livrets, partitions, enjeux socio-politiques, collaborations artistiques, exécution singulière ou réitérée, réception par le public, mémorialisation), il devient possible de resituer ces entreprises artistiques dans le cadre d’une histoire sociale et culturelle de l’époque. À partir de l’exploration des archives de plusieurs grandes familles aristocratiques de Rome, des actes notariés et des archives institutionnelles, comme celles des académies, des établissements d’enseignement ou des théâtres, une vingtaine de spécialistes appartenant à des disciplines diverses s’interrogent sur l’existence, à l’époque, d’un modèle d’organisation commun aux différentes familles en matière d’arts du spectacle, un modèle qui est le signe d’une culture collective ainsi que d’un système de normes et de valeurs largement partagé.
