Abstract:
El comercio minorista ya ha superado, en términos reales, los niveles de actividad previos a la crisis sanitaria. Este resultado, alcanzado en un difícil contexto caracterizado por tensiones inflacionistas provenientes del entorno internacional, deriva de comportamientos diferenciados en los distintos formatos comerciales. En particular, los formatos en los que las empresas grandes son más abundantes han mostrado mayor capacidad de adaptación ante la crisis sanitaria, la aparición de cuellos de botella en los suministros, el impacto en los precios de la guerra de Ucrania o el reto de la digitalización del sector y del desarrollo del comercio electrónico. Las políticas dirigidas al sector deben tener presentes las necesidades de los diferentes tipos de empresas que lo componen y, en particular, las de las pymes, dado su importante papel en la cohesión social y territorial.
