Abstract:
Der vorliegende Artikel gibt einen Überblick über den Einsatz von digitalen Menschmodellen (DHM) in der akademischen Ausbildung an fünf beispielhaften Hochschulen in Deutschland und Österreich. Neben der Vorstellung verschiedener Menschmodelle wird deren Einbindung in die jeweiligen Lehrveranstaltungen diskutiert. Die Lehrkonzepte der einzelnen Studiengänge der Hochschulen, Übungsbeispiele und Szenarien werden vorgestellt. Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass die aktive und selbstständige Nutzung der digitalen Ergonomie-Tools den Studierenden Freude bereitet und sie motiviert, sich mit den zeitlich und inhaltlich komplexen Aufgabenstellungen intensiv auseinanderzusetzen. Die Rückmeldungen sind über alle beteiligten Lehrveranstaltungen und Hochschulen hinweg durchweg positiv. Als Folge der jüngsten Covid-19-Pandemie haben die Universitäten das Online- und Blended-Learning-Angebot erheblich ausgeweitet. Aus den Erfahrungen mit dem Einsatz digitaler Menschmodelle werden Empfehlungen für zukünftige Entwicklungen abgeleitet.
