Abstract:
Es wird eine neuartige Methode zur Simulation hydraulischer Steuersysteme vorgestellt. Bei herkömmlichen Methoden zur Simulation von hydraulischen Steuersystemen werden die Komponenten durch elastische Verbindungselemente miteinander gekoppelt. Damit erhalten die Bewegungsgleichungen eine einfache Struktur ‐ sie sind jedoch für kleine Baugrößen der Komponenten steif. Besser geeignet ist ein Modell mit starren Koppelelementen wobei die hydraulischen Komponenten durch Zwangsbedingungen gekoppelt sind. Elemente mit einseitiger Kraftübertragung, z.B. Rückschlagventile, werden durch Komplementaritätsbedingungen erfasst. Das Verfahren wird an einem einfachen Beispiel angewendet.
