    Abstract: Česti su slučajevi krivolova u kojima je potrebno na osnovu morfoloških karakteristikakostiju utvrditi kojoj životinjskoj vrsti pripadaju. Metodom komparacije obavljenaje forenzička analiza osteoloških karakteristika kostiju srne i ovce.Za ispitivanje uporednih karakteristika potkolenih kostiju (Ossa cruris) upotrebljenoje 6 potkolenih kostiju od srne i 8 od ovce. Kada je sa kostiju skinuta koža, mišići,arterijski, venski i limfni sudovi, nervi, one se termički obrađuju u autoklavu. Posle kuvanja,kosti su stavljene u 3

    Abstract: The aim of this paper was to study distribution of the hepatic artery and portal vein of theportal system of the liver in ground squirrels (Spermophilus citellus) and compare these data withthose concerning the rats, rabbits, guinea pigs and nutrias. The liver of the ground squirrel receivesthe oxygen and nutrients through blood from two large blood vessels: portal vein and hepatic artery(a. hepatica propria). The portal vein is formed by the confluence of three main venous bloodvessels: v. gastropancreaticoduodenalis, v. gastrolienalis and v. mesenterica cranialis. It collectsvenous blood from the stomach, pancreas, spleen and all of intestines except the rectum. The portalvein enters the porta hepatis on the liver together with the hepatic artery. Five venous branches ofdifferent size separate from the portal vein and ramify into the respective liver lobes.Blood leaves the liver through the hepatic veins that start with the central veins. Three large hepaticveins and two venous trunks drain lobes of the liver and enter the caudal vena cava as it passesthrough the liver.A. hepatica propria supplies the liver and gallbladder with oxygenated blood. It raises from thehepatic artery (a. hepatica) wich is the third branch of the celiac artery. A. hepatica propria in theportal fissure is divided into two branches, of which the left branch brings arterial blood to the lefthepatic lobe, and the right branch brings it into other liver lobes.

    Abstract: Mechanical engineers are consistently challenged with the requirements posed by contemporary materials machining by using the existing equipment. In this case determining the cutting conditions becomes an actual problem. This paper offers a response to that request in the form of micro-machining of thin fullerene film deposited on a glass plate by using chemical vapor deposition method. Experimental verification of thin fullerene film machinability is conducted on computer numerical control engraving machine using a diamond scraper. Different values of process parameters are combined to determine adequate parameters set from groove edge quality aspect. During machining we noticed intensive wear, so one part of our research was directed towards determining the cause of tool wear. Modern equipment was used for qualitative analysis and near-optimal cutting condition selection and for analysis of wear debris. The results present a basis for further process optimization of thin fullerene film micro-engraving and for introduction of cutting conditions in the existing table for well-known materials.

    Abstract: Cilj ovog rada je bio da se ispita distribucija arterije i portalne vene portalnogsistema jetre tekunice (Spermophilus citellus) i dobijeni podaci uporede sa onima kod pacova,kunića, zamorčeta i nutrije. Jetra tekunice prima kiseonik i hranljive materije preko krvi iz dva velikakrvna suda: portalne vene (v. portae) i jetrene arterije (a. hepatica propria). Portalna vena nastajeiz sliva tri glavne vene: v. gastropancreaticoduodenalis, v. gastrolienalis i v. mesenterica cranialis.Portalna vena skuplja vensku krv iz želuca, pankreasa, slezine, svih creva osim pravog creva(rectum). Portalna vena ulazi u portalni žleb na jetri zajedno sa jetrenom arterijom. Pet venskih granarazličitih veličina odvajaju se od portalne vene i granaju se u odgovarajuće režnjeve jetre. Krv izjetre odvode jetrene vene koje počinju sa centralnim venama u jetri. Tri velike jetrene vene i dvavenska stabla odvode krv iz svih režnjeva jetre u kaudalnu šuplju venu u toku njenog prolaska krozjetru. A. hepatica propria snabdeva jetru i žučnu kesu oksigenisanom krvlju. A. hepatica propriaizlazi iz jetrene arterije (a. hepatica), koja je treća grana celijačne arterije. U portalnom žlebu, a.hepatica propria se deli u dve grane, od kojih leva grana dovodi arterijsku krv u levi režanj jetre, adesna grana u ostale režnjeve jetre.

    Abstract: Kriptorhizam predstavlja oboljenje koje se manifestuje zaostajanjem testisa sa pripadajućim anatomskim strukturama unutar abdomena ili ingvinalnog kanala. Kod pasa, pojava kriptorhizma je nerazjašnjene etiologije, ali se smatra da za nastanak ima genetsku osnovu. „Zlatni standard“ u dijagnostici ovog oboljenja predstavlja ultrazvučna dijagnostika sa osetljivošću 95-100%. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na 10 pasa. Klinički pregled pasa suspektnih na kriptorhizam je inicijalno izveden metodama adspekcije i palpacije, nakon čega je pristupano ultrazvučnom pregledu radi identifikacije i lokalizacije zaostalih testisa. Kod svih pasa izvršeno je hirurško odstranjivanje kako zaostalih, tako i fiziološki spuštenih testisa. Na odstranjenim zaostalim testisima je izvršena patohistološka analiza. Kod 2 od 10 pasa (20%) je ustanovljen bilateralni kriptorhizam, dok je kod 8 od 10 pasa (80%) ustanovljen unilateralni kriptorhizam. Desni unilateralni kriptorhizam je utvrđen kod 5 od 8 pasa (62,5%), dok je levi unilateralni kriptorhizam utvrđen kod 3 od 8 pasa (37,5%). Prediktivna vrednost poređenja ultrazvučne identifikacije i lokalizacije zaostalih testisa sa njihovom hirurškom identifikacijom i lokalizacijom u ovom istraživanju iznosi 100%. Rezultati patohistološke analize su pokazali prisustvo tumoroznih promena u tipu seminoma na jednom testisu kod jednog psa (unilateralni ingvinalni kriptorhizam), dok je kod preostalih 9 pasa na morfološki promenjenim testisima postavljena dijagnoza atrofije testisa.

    Abstract: Cryptorchidism is a disease that is manifested by the retardation of the testicles with the associated anatomical structures inside the abdomen or inguinal canal. In dogs, the appearance of cryptorchidism is of unclear etiology, but it is believed to have a genetic basis. The "gold standard" in the diagnosis of this disease is ultrasound diagnostics with a sensitivity of 95-100%. The study was conducted on 10 dogs. The clinical examination of dogs suspected to suffer from cryptorchidism was initially carried out using adspection and palpation methods, after which an ultrasound examination was performed to identify and localize residual testicles. All dogs underwent surgical removal of both residual and physiologically descended testicles. A pathohistological analysis was performed on the removed residual testicles. Bilateral cryptorchidism was found in 2 out of 10 dogs (20%), while unilateral cryptorchidism was found in 8 out of 10 dogs (80%). Right unilateral cryptorchidism was found in 5 out of 8 dogs (62.5%), while left unilateral cryptorchidism was found in 3 out of 8 dogs (37.5%). The predictive value of the comparison of ultrasound identification and localization of residual testicles with their surgical identification and localization in this study was 100%. The results of the pathohistological analysis showed the presence of tumorous changes in the type of seminoma on one testicle in one dog (unilateral inguinal cryptorchidism), while the diagnosis of testicular atrophy was made in the remaining 9 dogs with morphologically changed testicles.
