Berlin im Ausnahmezustand: Unter der Bevölkerung, vornehmlich der eingewanderten, ist ein Virus ausgebrochen, das sogenannte "Lazarus-Virus", das die Befallenen zu lebenden Toten, Zombies, werden lässt, die aggressiv über die übrige Bevölkerung herfallen. Um eine Ausweitung zu verhindern, sind die Stadtteile Neukölln und Kreuzberg zur Sperrzone erklärt worden, die schließlich mit einer Mauer eingegrenzt wird. Als rechtspopulistische Politiker von einem "Mohammed-Virus" sprechen (Sarrazin lässt grüßen), heizt das den Hass unter der Bevölkerung an; schließlich greifen bewaffnete Gruppen zur Selbstjustiz und dringen in die Sperrzone ein. Die Nachricht, dass ein Gegenmittel entwickelt ist, kommt zu spät. - Huth, Jahrgang 1969, Journalist und Autor, seit 2008 Chefredakteur der "B.Z." (vgl. auch "Der Infarkt", ID-G 49/03) schreibt eine reißerische Kolportage, die den Boulevard-Journalisten nicht verleugnen kann, eine Art Endzeit-Vision, in deren Mitte es sich um 3 auch in private Beziehungen verwickelte Mitarbeiter einer lokalen Fernsehstation dreht.
