Biographisches: "Tenzin Gyatso, Seine Heiligkeit der 14. Dalai Lama, bezeichnet sich selbst als einfachen buddhistischen Mönch. Geboren 1935, floh er nach der Besetzung Tibets 1959 nach Indien, wo er seitdem im Exil lebt. Das geistliche und (bis zu seinem freiwilligen Rückzug 2011) weltliche Oberhaupt der Tibeter wurde 1989 mit dem Friedensnobelpreis geehrt. Seine spirituelle Arbeit, seine Bemühungen um die politische, religiöse und kulturelle Identität Tibets sowie sein Einsatz für den Weltfrieden finden Anerkennung in der ganzen Welt. Desmond Mpilo Tutu, geboren 1931, ist emeritierter Erzbischof der Anglikanischen Kirche in Südafrika. Als wichtigste Symbolfigur neben Nelson Mandela im Kampf gegen die Apartheid erhielt er 1984 den Friedensnobelpreis. Ab 1995 war er Vorsitzender der Wahrheits- und Versöhnungskommission in Südafrika, die nach den Prinzipien von Mahatma Gandhi arbeitete. Seine Politik der Vergebung und Aussöhnung wurde zum leuchtenden Beispiel für gewaltfreie Konfliktlösung. Bis heute setzt sich Bischof Tutu unermüdlich weltweit für Frieden und Menschlichkeit ein. Douglas Abrams ist Lektor, Autor mehrerer erfolgreicher Romane und Sachbücher und seit mehr als zehn Jahren Koautor von Desmond Tutu. Als Gründer der Literaturagentur Idea Architects engagiert er sich besonders für Projekte, die das Ziel verfolgen, mehr Weisheit, Gesundheit und Gerechtigkeit in die Welt zu bringen." Biographisches: "Christian Baumann steht seit 1996 als Schauspieler auf der Bühne, vor allem im Münchner Metropol-Theater, u. a. in dem Kultmusical „The Black Rider von Tom Waits. Er spielte im Kinofilm „Feindliche Übernahme und war unter anderem bei „Tatort, „SOKO 5113 und den „Rosenheim-Cops und in der SKY-Serie „Der Pass zu sehen. Im Bayerischen Rundfunk ist er regelmäßig in Lesungen und Radiofeatures zu hören.
