Abstract:
Das adenoidzystische Karzinom der Tränendrüse (ACC) stellt einen seltenen malignen orbitalen Tumor mit insgesamt schlechter Prognose dar. Derzeitige Therapieansätze mit radikaler und lokaler Chirurgie, adjuvanter Bestrahlung und neoadjuvanter intraarterieller Chemotherapie werden kontrovers diskutiert. Wir präsentieren 3 Fälle von Patienten mit ACC mit unterschiedlichen Therapiekonzepten und diskutieren diese mit aktuellen Empfehlungen aus der Literatur.
