Abstract: The intensification processes characteristic in industrial fruit growing is given, their aims are determined. The main technological shifts of the technological structure formed in the domestic fruit growing are presented. Based on the analysis of the technological structure development, the predicted technological shifts for the near future, the characteristic features of promising technologies in the fruit growing, their criteria and signs are presented. The factors-indicators of fruit growing intensification are systematically presented. A retrospective of the industrial fruit growing intensification based on the weak-growing rootstocks breeding and introduction and differentiated technologies formed with their participation is reflected. The main directions of intensification that increase the agrocenosis biopotential are graphically presented. The analysis of chemical and technogenic factors negative impact on agroecocenoses leading to bioresource deformations in the biocenosis, soil and soil microbiota, microbio-, acaro- and entomosystems is carried out. The necessity of restoring and developing the reproductive capabilities of agroecosystems, mainly by biological methods, is proved, which include: the development of rhizosphere microorganism populations in the soil biota, the range expansion of the applied bioproducts created on the effective strain basis of beneficial microorganisms, the widespread application of various forms and methods to increase plant immunity, including elicitor-type preparations.

Abstract: The necessity of reformatting the structural organization of processes, which determines the priority of using the ways, forms and methods of the sixth technological structure, in particular, biotechnologies is actualized. The main definitions are given: nursery, biologization, greening, resource saving, promising technology. The analysis of the efficiency of sapling fruit production, the structural organization of specific processes for the production of planting material and sapling is presented. The main elements of the agrocenosis, which are most susceptible to chemical and technogenic effects, have been determined. The analysis of soil fertility and the state of soil biota is carried out, the problem of microbiological processes branch in all agrocenosis elements is actualized. It was found that the increased chemical load on the agrocenosis of the fruit nursery led to the destruction of microflora useful species. The nature of plant organs infection has changed, and negative changes have occurred in the plants immune status. The priority role of biologization in ensuring the stability of the fruit nursery agrocenosis has been substantiated.

Abstract: As a result of global climate change in the arid regions of the world, a decrease in the adaptability of fruit crops to drought has been noted. This explains the interest of researchers in the issues of increasing the drought resistance of fruit crops in various ways, one of which is the creation of resistant varieties as a result of selection. The use of physiological and biochemical parameters in the breeding process as diagnostic criteria for drought resistance and the identification of highly adaptive varieties of fruit crops is relevant all over the world. The objects of study are apple varieties of various ecological and geographical origins: Idared, Erli Mac, Dayton (USA), Prikubanskoe, Rassvet, Fortuna (Russia). Physiological parameters: the relative water content, the total content of chlorophylls (a + b), carotenoids, ascorbic acid in the leaves of the studied apple varieties were determined during periods before drought and during drought. Differences in the response of varieties to the impact of drought were revealed. It was found that apple varieties of local selection Prikubanskoye, Fortuna and American variety Idared have a greater ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions in comparison with other studied varieties. The revealed adaptive features during drought (retention of a high relative water content, stability of the pigment system, a low ratio of the total chlorophyll to carotenoids, an increased content of ascorbic acid) make it possible to use them in breeding as donors of drought resistance traits. The data of physiological and biochemical studies, obtained in the unique natural and climatic conditions of the North Caucasus region of Russia, complement fundamental research on the physiological foundations of apple tree adaptation to drought.

Abstract: The key to the normal growth and development of flowering shrubs is to provide optimal living conditions in the juvenile period. Obtaining high-quality planting material in a nursery using biologized techniques is a fundamental component of their future resistance to a complex of abiotic and biotic factors. The use of vermicompost (6 t / ha) as a fertilizer base and biologically active substances contributed to the production of high-quality seedlings. The applied biologic techniques contributed to the improvement of the growth and development of flowering shrubs, which influenced the reduction of damage by pests and diseases, the formation of healthy, decorative and attractive plants. Based on the analysis of the vital state, we ranked flowering shrubs according to their prospects for use in landscape design of the territory of urban ecosystems. Promising species for landscaping urban ecosystems in terms of a set of indicators are: Berberis thunbergii DC., Chaenomeles japonica (Thunb.) Lindl.), Lonicera caprifolium L., Physocarpus opulifolius L., Philadelphus coronaries L., Sorbaria sorbifolia L., Syringa velutina L. и Weigela florida DC.

Abstract: In terms of climate change researches about adaptation mechanism of perennial crop plant to summer and winter stresses are actual. Physiological-biochemical assessment of grapevine varieties allows to clarify the mechanisms of protective and adaptive reaction on stresses and identify perspective genotypes for cultivation in stressful terms. Ecological and geographical origin are important in this case. Winterhardiness of following grapevine varieties: ‘Kristal’, ‘Aligote’, ‘Dostoyniy’ ‘Krasnostop AZOS’, ‘Zarif’ and ‘Vostorg’, are studied in conditions of Anapa-Taman region of the Russian Federation. At the beginning of winter reduced water content of vine tissue are noted for ‘Kristal’, ‘Krasnostop AZOS’ and ‘Dostoyniy’ (41,4-45,3 %). Also, for this varieties are found elevated accumulation of sucrose (2 times more) which means high resistance to low temperature. Intensification of antioxidative protective system’s functioning in response on stress are discovered for varieties ‘Kristal’, ‘Krasnostop AZOS’, ‘Dostoyniy’ and ‘Vostorg’. High containing of anthocyanins and chalcones in varieties ‘Kristal’, ‘Dostoyniy’, ‘Krasnostop AZOS’ and ascorbic acid in varieties ‘Krasnostop AZOS’, ‘Dostoyniy’ are revealed. According to generalized assessment of physiological-biochemical research results in conditions of climate change in Anapa-Taman region of Russia more winterhardiness were varieties ‘Krasnostop AZOS’, ‘Dostoyniy’, ‘Kristal’ than varieties ‘Aligote’, ‘Vostorg’, ‘Zarif’.

Abstract: The breeding use of the most valuable species and interspecies forms of fruit plants remains currently the most important biological resource for creating the varieties with increased adaptability to the complex of abioand biotic stressors of the environment, improved biochemical composition of fruits and with other important features for breeding. The results of a long-term study (2005-2019) of interspecific hybrid forms of apple-tree-representatives of the Malus genus, growing in the North Caucasus Region of Russia are presented. The aim of the study is to identify the most rapid and productive interspecific hybrid forms of apple-tree with polygenic and oligogenic types of scab resistance ( Venturia inaequalis (Cook) G. Winter). Modern breeding programs and methods were used. We have identified the early-fruiting interspecies apple forms created with the participation of the summer Melba variety, the species of M. purpurea . It is allocated the elite and selected apple forms resistant to scab with a high average yield (29.03-40.03 t/ha), high indicators of total yield (377.27-520.33 t/he) from hybrid families with the participation of species: M. atrosanguinea 804/240-57, M. floribunda 821, M. purpurea and the large-fruited form No. 62 (created with the participation of Golden Delicious 4x, Wolf River, M. atrosanguinea 804/240-57) with fruits of 202.3 g an average weight.

Abstract: The paper presents the results of assessing the dynamics of growth processes 364 seedlings of 16 apricot samples under conditions of a critical altitude level for them in Dagestan (1900 m). A comparative study of apricot samples showed that during the growing season, annual seedlings form a small height of the main shoot (18.7–28.7 cm), subramose (0.4–2.7) and leafiness (14.7–23.6). Analysis of the relative dynamics of shoot growth showed that the maximum growth was observed in May-June (62.8–95.7%) and low in July-September (1.0–24.5%). A reliable correlation was established between the relative growth of the studied samples and their winter hardiness, namely, the higher the relative increase in July-September, the lower the winter hardiness. The correlation in MayJune was -0.77**, and in July and September 0.62* and 0.64 **, respectively. The experiment showed the information content of studying the growth of shoot length as a diagnostic feature in assessing the winter hardiness of apricot seedlings in the mountainous conditions of Dagestan.
