Abstract:
Metallographische Untersuchung einer artgleichen Versuchsschweißung an einem Stahl der Norm X 20 CrMoV 12 1 ergab eine martensitische Phase in der wärmebeeinflußten Zone des Grundwerkstoffs an der Grenze zur Schmelzlinie. Als eine Folge davon zeigte die wärmebeeinflußte Zone eine erhöhte Mikrohärte im Vergleich zum unbeeinflußten Grundwerkstoff. Es wird gezeigt, daß das Auftreten dieser martensitischen Phase mit Seigerungen im Grundwerkstoff korreliert werden kann. Aufgrund ihrer martensitischen Natur kann diese Phase durch eine zusätzliche Anlaßbehandlung im Anschluß an die Standard‐Wärmebehandlung nach dem Schweißen in α‐Ferrit und Carbid umgewandelt werden. Durch diese zusätzliche Anlaßbehandlung kann die Gleichförmigkeit der Mikrostruktur der wärmebeeinflußten Zone erheblich verbessert werden.
