    Abstract: It is shown that quality assurance of block-modular electronic systems is achieved on the basis of reliability of control. It is necessary to provide control and diagnostics in full at all stages of the life cycle in the practice of developing and manufacturing programmable block-modular controllers. New results on the creation of the necessary means for automated control systems of serial-capable controllers are presented. Such systems can be used in preliminary and acceptance tests, as well as during adjustment in the production process. The algorithmic, software and hardware of the automated control system have been developed for functionally complete sets of modules (electronic panels). The development is performed for controllers in the tasks of the electric drive and can be used in other applications. The features of structural and circuit solutions and the layout of an automated control system are given.

    Abstract: The main stages of the life cycle of electronic technical means of automation of an electric drive from the point of view of completeness of introduction of digital technologies are considered. A brief analysis of models, methods and tools is performed to achieve the effectiveness of the end-to-end digital process of development and production of programmable controllers for the electric drive. The approaches for variants formation of the basic structure of the controller, the creation of a digital model (prototype) of the controller, the provision of design taking into account the technology, the improvement of the installation of printed circuit boards on the automatic line in accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0, functional control, diagnostics and testing are proposed. The step by step continuity implement of the primary digital model is suggested. The presented material is confirmed by examples of creation of programmable controllers for complete devices of AC drives used in walking excavators, crawler excavators and traction electric drives for BelAZ dump trucks.

    Abstract: In the article topical issues of quality assurance of software complexes (PCs) are considered. The special role in the organization of the processes of PC development of information services is emphasized, the implementation of which is carried out with the help of appropriate information resources, including a set of knowledge, data, artificial intelligence systems, analysis and information processing systems that serve as the basis for PC production. It is shown that the successful implementation of design work should be systematically implemented on the basis of appropriate information support, which is based on a variety of information products. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of risks arising during the development and operation of the PC. The novelty of the conducted research consists in the complex consideration of the tasks of increasing the reliability of the PC and minimizing the risks on the basis of using the methods of automated testing of software products. It is shown that the application of PC testing methods provides an increase in the reliability of design solutions and the effectiveness of practical implementation of developments.

    Abstract: The article discusses the application principles of the industry 4.0 concept to improve the basic technological processes of electronics production. The problems of quality assurance in the automatic installation of printed circuit boards. Examples of the introduction optical inspections and fluoroscopy to reduce the marriage are given. The features of screen printing processes and their control using 2D and 3D inspections are considered. The location structure of the automatic optical inspection installations in the automatic line of printed wiring and communication of the automatic screen printing printer and 3D solder paste inspection is presented. A process model for the automatic installation of printed circuit boards using the elements of Industry 4.0 is presented. The organization of machine-to-machine interaction increases the automation of the system and eliminates the «human factor», as a result of which the production process is accelerated and the probability of occurrence erroneous actions resulting in nonconformities of products with standards is reduced. The tasks of organizing and certification of 3D fluoroscopy electronics, as well as the actual improving tasks the typical automatic assembly line of printed circuit boards, are considered.

    Abstract: The article discusses the tasks of formation and selection to support management decisions when monitoring the technical condition of radio electronic systems. Responsible systems require more accurate estimates, which are obtained from all available information, including the behavior of parameters in the tolerance field. The model of the technological control system of the responsible-purpose system, the organizational-technological model of the technological control system control for the organization of the intelligent decision-making support system are given. The composition of parameters, criteria, constraints and mathematical models of optimization are given. A multi-criteria model of support for management decisions is presented in general form and interpreted as a utility function. Representing this function in a multilinear form makes it possible to take into account the specifics of the process and apply additive and multiplicative functions. The presented optimization models are the basis for creating databases, knowledge bases and the necessary operational rules to support management decisions.
