Die Narrative Organisationsentwicklung ist ein relativ neues Paradigma, das jedoch zunehmend Eingang in Change-, Strategie-, Kommunikations-, Wissensmanagement- und Entwicklungsprozesse in Unternehmen findet. Die Prämisse dahinter ist, dass Sinn (Purpose), Werte, Identität, Wissen und Kommunikation von Unternehmen wesentlich durch narrative Strukturen (Geschichten und Erzählungen) definiert, entwickelt und weitergegeben werden.
