Abstract:
Selbststeuernder Produktaufbauzyklus: Ein neuer Ansatz zur Verbesserung der Logistikleistung in der Produktion. Im Rahmen des Sonderforschungsbereichs 637 „Selbststeuerung logistischer Prozesse – Ein Paradigmenwechsel und seine Grenzen“ erforscht die Arbeitsgruppe Global Production Logistics an der Jacobs University Bremen neue Methoden zur Fertigungs- und Montagesteuerung. Ziel ist es dabei, bisher ungenutzte, jedoch im Produktionssystem vorhandene Flexibilitätspotentiale zu nutzen, um mittels selbststeuernder Prozesse die logistische Zielerreichung zu erhöhen. Anhand einer Simulationsstudie konnte gezeigt werden, dass selbststeuernde Prozessen in der Lage sind, dieses Potenzial zu erschließen.
