Abstract: This paper examines the relationship between income, pollution, and mortality in China from 1991-2012. Using first-difference models, we document a robust positive association between city-level GDP and life expectancy. We also find a negative association between city-level particulate air pollution exposure and life expectancy that is driven by elevated cardiorespiratory mortality rates. The results suggest that while China's unprecedented economic growth over the last two decades is associated with health improvements, pollution has served as a countervailing force.

Abstract: With the development of terminal technology and the expansion of application fields, the Internet of Things’ application value and service requirements continue to increase. Efficient data transmission is a reliable guarantee for the development and application of the Internet of Things. Blockchain technology provides a solution for storing and delivering distributed data. On this basis, taking the Industrial Internet of Things as the research object, a blockchain-based data transmission optimization method was established. First, an undirected complete graph model is used to describe the network scene. A matrix grid model is used to replace the randomly distributed set of data nodes. Then, a double optimization method is proposed. We designed the mathematical description and modeling method of the lattice matching decision problem and designed the artificial neural network to find the optimal solution to the problem. Finally, an example is used to verify the government data transmission method’s technical performance and packet loss rate. It has achieved at least 20% and 30% improvements in optimizing the network life of static aggregation nodes and data transmission, respectively. While improving the robustness of the network, it also shows a stable advantage in terms of network energy efficiency indicators.

Abstract: Wireless sensor networks are a significant subfield of distributed systems, and a large number of their applications require time synchronization. Sensor nodes are powered by batteries. In order to reduce the interference of the peripheral environment on the node as much as possible, the size of the node is relatively small and the circuit design, storage, and calculation are relatively simple. Therefore, wireless sensor network nodes have limited energy, low computing power, and low communication capacity. In addition, the clock of the wireless sensor network node is usually realized through the local crystal oscillator and CPU interrupt mechanism, which is obviously affected by manufacturing errors, temperature changes, and CPU processing delays. Therefore, this research reviews and analyzes the development and current situation of time synchronization and puts forward the challenges faced by time synchronization-related research institutes. From the perspective of dynamic cybernetics, the feasibility of optimization based on Kalman filtering is analyzed. Finally, the article describes the system modeling process, including the clock model and the state equation and observation equation of Kalman filter and uses Matlab platform to carry out experimental simulation and analysis on the precise time synchronization protocol based on Kalman filter in the wireless sensor network environment.

Abstract: At present, the functions of home service robots are not perfect, and home service robot systems that can independently complete autonomous inspections and home services are still lacking. In response to this problem, this paper designs a smart home service robot system based on ROS. The system uses Raspberry Pi 3B as the main control to manage the nodes of each sensor. CC2530 sets up a ZigBee network to collect home environmental information and control home electrical appliances. The image information of the home is collected by the USB camera. The human speech is recognized by Baidu Speech Recognition API. When encountering a dangerous situation, the GSM module is used to give users SMS and phone alarms. Arduino mega2560 is used as the bottom controller to control the movement of the service robot. The indoor environment map of the home is constructed by the lidar and the attitude sensor. The service robot finally designed and developed realizes the functions of wireless control of home appliances, voice remote control, autonomous positioning and navigation, liquefied gas leakage alarm, and human infrared detection alarm. Compared with the household service robots in the related literature, the household service robots developed by us have more complete functions. And the robot system has completed the task of combining independent patrol and home service well.

Abstract: In the Internet era, with the continuous iterative updating of communication technology and the development of artificial intelligence, Internet of things, 5g, and other technologies, all kinds of social products have become one of the main ways of communication. For example, Facebook, WeChat, and ins are essential products for people in modern society. From personal communication to world interconnection, they are inseparable from the support of social products. At present, various social products in the market have different advantages or specific users and often cannot deal with all user groups. Because the needs of different customers are different and cannot fully meet the needs of different users, coupled with the development of technology, the communication media is becoming more and more innovative, the boundary between virtual and reality is broken, and the immersive scene breaks through the boundary of traditional communication, which is the way people want to communicate. In view of these shortcomings and needs, this paper introduces the methods of immersive scene diversification. First, sort out the user needs, then build different user models according to the specific characteristics of different scenarios, and realize the interaction of different scenarios according to different scenarios. The end-user model interacts with the corresponding design. After continuous testing, feedback, and improvement, the efficiency, quality, and specific methods of socialized products are improved. The experimental analysis results of this paper show the effectiveness and rationality of the immersive scene diversification method. The design can break the barriers and enhance the interaction efficiency and quality of both sides of information flow. The main body of information dissemination also presents a multilateral form and improves the inequality of information dissemination.

Abstract: Art comes from life, and art products derived from it are also closely related to daily life. With the development and improvement of social economy, art products are more and more favored and recognized by people. In other words, there will be higher requirements for the design of art products, including whether the design can bring people a visual feast, meet people's spiritual needs, and have practical functions or not. Based on these needs and deficiencies, this paper proposes a scientific computing evaluation of interactive product art design based on the user’s experience evaluation analysis model, combining the corresponding design strategies with interactive algorithms. In addition, by integrating the design business logic and simulation experiments of interactive art products, this paper discusses its fuzzy structure from the perspective of interaction, and analyzes fuzzy cognition and decision-making clustering strategies. The purpose of this is to support decision analysis and realize the effectiveness of user’s fuzzy cognitive strategies. The simulation experiment results show that users can directly observe the results according to the categories after applying the user’s experience evaluation analysis model, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of product design. These findings clearly verify that the user’s experience evaluation analysis model proposed in this paper has a significant impact on interactive product art design and also provide convenience for scientific computing evaluation.

Abstract: Many statistical estimators for high-dimensional linear regression are $M$-estimators, formed through minimizing a data-dependent square loss function plus a regularizer. This work considers a new class of estimators implicitly defined through a discretized gradient dynamic system under overparameterization. We show that, under suitable restricted isometry conditions, overparameterization leads to implicit regularization: if we directly apply gradient descent to the residual sum of squares with sufficiently small initial values then, under some proper early stopping rule, the iterates converge to a nearly sparse rate-optimal solution that improves over explicitly regularized approaches. In particular, the resulting estimator does not suffer from extra bias due to explicit penalties, and can achieve the parametric root-$n$ rate when the signal-to-noise ratio is sufficiently high. We also perform simulations to compare our methods with high-dimensional linear regression with explicit regularization. Our results illustrate the advantages of using implicit regularization via gradient descent after overparameterization in sparse vector estimation.
