Abstract:
Es wurde die Abgabe von Kalium an destilliertes Wasser aus Blättern von Coffea arabica L. untersucht bei Einwirkung von Temperaturen von 30°, 23°, 8°, 4°, 2°, 0°, −5° und −8°C. Die geringste Exosmose wurde bei 8°C gefunden, höhere bei 30°C und maximale nach Einwirkung von Temperaturen von −5° und −8°C. Die Ergebnisse werden diskutiert
