Abstract:
A ampliação do desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências dos estudantes universitários torna-se de grande importância para a inserção no mercado de trabalho, uma vez que, de maneira geral, é evidente o descompasso da formação acadêmica e o mercado de trabalho. Em vista disso, o presente artigo objetiva analisar a importância das capacitações extracurriculares, com foco na atividade Temporada de Minicursos (TMC) desenvolvida pelo Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET) do curso de Engenharia Civil da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC), no desenvolvimento de hard skills e soft skills dos participantes. Para alcançar os objetivos, realizaram-se duas análises, uma quantitativa e outra qualitativa, com base em dados obtidos a partir da 8ª edição da TMC. Os resultados obtidos nas análises mostraram que os participantes envolvidos na atividade foram capazes de desenvolver suas habilidades e, consequentemente, aplicá-las em âmbitos acadêmicos e profissionais.
