Abstract:
Automatische, berührungslose und Online-Messungen des Gangunterschiedes und der Doppelbrechung an laufenden, optisch anisotropen Proben (Fasern, Folien) können auch bei modernen Herstellungsverfahren falschfarbenfrei und schnell bei sehr hohen Gangunterschieden durchgeführt werden. Dazu dient ein von uns entwickeltes modifiziertes Senarmont-Mess-Verfahren. Die trotzdem noch auftretenden Probleme werden mit einer Simulationskammer untersucht, wobei insbesondere die Auswirkungen des Verdrehungswinkels bei Folien, die Wirkung des abgewinkelten Strahlenganges bei der berührungslosen Messung an Fasern und die Auswirkungen von Lageschwankungen der Fasern auf den Gangunterschied und die Doppelbrechung getestet werden.
