Abstract:
Zusammenfassung: Die Studie hat zum Ziel, psychologische Umwelten, die durch die Wahrnehmung der Lehrkräfte konstituiert werden, zu analysieren und in ihrer Beziehung zur Schülerwahrnehmung zu evaluieren. Auf der Basis von offenen, themenzentrierten Lehrerinterviews in 15 vierten Grundschulklassen wurde ein Klassenkontext-Index gewonnen, der die Schwierigkeit der Unterrichtung und Führung einer Schulklasse aus der Lehrerperspektive widerspiegelt. Über Schülerfragebogen wurde die Wahrnehmung der Direktivität der Lehrkraft ermittelt. Die Auswertung der Daten erfolgte auf der Basis mehrebenenanalytischer Methoden. Der Klassenkontext-Index erweist sich als konstruktvalide: Schüler in schwierigen Klassen weisen eine geringere selbstperzipierte Sozialkompetenz und verminderte Schulleistungen auf. Weiterhin werden Lehrkräfte in schwierigen Klassen von ihren Schülern als eher direktiver und die Autonomie der Schüler stärker einschränkend wahrgenommen. Die Implikationen der vorliegenden Befunde werden auch unter dem Blickwinkel der Akzentuierung einer transaktionalen Perspektive in der Unterrichtsforschung diskutiert.
