Abstract:
U Institutu za zdravstvenu zastitu majke i deteta Srbije, u periodu od oktobra 1996. godine do maja 2002. godine, dijagnoza akutne leukemije (AL) postavljena je kod 239 bolesnika. Cilj ovog rada je utvrdjivanje rasprostranjenosti imuno-fenotipskih i citogenetskih osobina AL kod dece iz Srbije i Crne Gore. Na osnovu analize 4 fenotipskih markera utvrdjena je rasprostranjenost imunoloskih podtipova ove bolesti. Dijagnoza akutne limfoblastne B leukemije (ALL-B) potvrdjena je kod 169 (70.7%) bolesnika (137 CD19 pozitivni, CD10 negativni i 32 CD19 pozitivni, CD10 negativni), zatim ALL-T (cyCD3 pozitivan) kod 37 (15.5%) bolesnika i AML (CD13 pozitivni i/ili CD33 pozitivni uz istovremeno odsustvo antigena karakteristicnih za limfoidnu celijsku lozu) kod 33 (13.8%). Odnos decaka prema devojcicama bio je 1.5:1. Vecina bolesnika bila je uzrasta od 2 do 4 godine i pripadala je ALL-B podtipu leukemije. Drugi, nesto nizi vrh ucestalosti ALL-B zabelezen je u uzrastu od 7 godina. Ucestalost ALLT od 18% (od ukupnog broja ALL) je slicna ucestalosti u mediteranskim zemljama: Francuskoj (19.4%), Grckoj (28.1%) juznoj Italiji (28.3%) i Bugarskoj (28%). Citogeneticke analize izvrsene su kod 193 bolesnika: 164 ALL i 29 AML. Normalan kariotip dokazan je kod 57% ALL i 55% AML. Citogenetske aberacije, ukljucujuci i numericke, strukturne i kompleksne, otkrivene su kod 43% obolelih od ALL i 45% obolelih od AML. Nasi rezultati predstavljaju doprinos epidemioloskim aspektima proucavanja akutnih leukemija kod dece.
