Abstract:
Ausgehend von der Entwicklung modularer Kleinmaschinenkonzepte eröffnen sich für die Fabrikplanung weitergehende Möglichkeiten zum auftragsorientierten Entwurf von Mikroproduktionssystemen. Durch ihr niedriges Gewicht, ihre geringe Größe und ihre Modularität erreichen diese eine größere Flexibilität in Struktur und Aufstellungsort gegenüber den herkömmlichen Werkzeugmaschinen in der Mikroproduktion. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung einer dritten vertikalen Dimension im Fabrik- bzw. Fertigungslinienlayout wurde bislang auch in wissenschaftlichen Überlegungen noch nicht weiter methodisch verfolgt, weil erhebliche Mehrkosten bei Gebäuden und Materialflusstechnik zu erwarten gewesen wären. Erst die Entwicklung von Kleinmaschinen stellt eine wirtschaftliche Nutzung der dritten Dimension im Rahmen von Mikrofabriken in Aussicht. Ziel ist die Entwicklung einer Planungsmethodik, welche den dreidimensionalen Fabrikentwurf von modularen Kleinmaschinen unterstützt und die spezifischen Vorteile gegenüber herkömmlichen Werkzeugmaschinen berücksichtigt.
