Abstract:
La vida de los pueblos latinoamericanos es gestionada por los organismos multilaterales que promueven el capitalismo. En este artículo de investigación se hace un análisis crítico a las políticas bioeconómicas, agrícolas y de alimentación establecidas por parte de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos OECD. Se encontró que los organismos multilaterales desarrollan técnicas de gobierno de la vida que manejan temas como el crecimiento económico, la pobreza, la desigualdad, el bienestar, el desempleo, la seguridad alimentaria, el desarrollo sostenible, el cambio climático, la educación, la productividad, el capital humano, la globalización, el libre mercado, el neoliberalismo, las economías emergentes, los países en desarrollo y que estas técnicas de gobernanza se refuerzan unas a otras. Se concluye que estas políticas distan mucho de las aspiraciones de los pueblos latinoamericanos.
