Abstract:
Résumé. - Les nombreux gisements situés à proximité des paléo-rivages du nord Cotentin attestent un certain attrait de la frange côtière durant les épisodes tempérés à boréaux du Pleistocène moyen et supérieur. Outre la présence de nombreux abris naturels, la côte autorisait la collecte de matières premières dans les cordons littoraux. Dans le Cotentin, le silex apparaît majoritairement utilisé. Cette implantation littorale a permis à I homme d'exercer une prédation variée, fondée sur plusieurs écosystèmes.
