Abstract: The aim: To evaluate morphological changes in long tubular bones of mature rats under the influence of experimental hyperglycemia. Materials and methods: The study was conducted on 140 nonlinear white male rats divided into two groups. The experimental group included rats that were introduced into a state of hyperglycemia by a single intraperitoneal injection of an alloxan dihydrate solution at a dose of 150 mg / kg body weight in 0.9% sodium chloride. The control group included rats that were injected with a similar volume of 0.9% sodium chloride one time intraperitoneally. The animals were taken out of the experiment on the 2nd, 30th, 60th, 90th, 120th, 150th and 180th day. Right and left femur and humerus were studied by morphometric and histological methods. Results: Under conditions of prolonged uncontrolled hyperglycemia in mature rats, there is a slowdown in the growth rate of length and thickness of femur and humerus. This is indicated by a significant decrease in the length of bone and its diaphyses, as well as by a decrease in the cross-sectional area of the diaphysis, the width of the proximal and distal epiphyses, starting from 120 and 90 days of the experiment, respectively. The relative area of trabecular tissue, thickness of trabeculae and epiphyseal cartilage decreases in comparison with animals of the control group. The diameter of osteons and their channels increases in cortical tissue. Changes in the microarchitecture of the trabecular and cortical compartments of femur and humerus under conditions of hyperglycemia are similar and are characterized by a reduced bone mass, bone disorder progression and remodeling disorders. Conclusions: Prolonged uncontrolled experimental hyperglycemia leads to slow growth of femur and humerus in mature rats, which is accompanied by an increase in microarchitecture disorder of the trabecular and cortical compartments, causing miniaturization of bones and, consequently, violation of their biomechanical properties and increased risk of fractures.

Abstract: Systems of the Internet of Things are actively implementing biometric systems. For fast and high-quality recognition in sensory biometric control and management systems, skeletonization methods are used at the stage of fingerprint recognition. The analysis of the known skeletonization methods of Zhang-Suen, Hilditch, Ateb-Gabor with the wave skeletonization method has been carried out and it shows a good time and qualitative recognition results. Methods: The methods of Zhang-Suen, Hildich and thinning algorithm based on Ateb-Gabor filtration, which form the skeletons of biometric fingerprint images, are considered. The proposed thinning algorithm based on Ateb-Gabor filtration showed better efficiency because it is based on the best type of filtering, which is both a combination of the classic Gabor function and the harmonic Ateb function. The combination of this type of filtration makes it possible to more accurately form the surroundings where the skeleton is formed. Results: Along with the known ones, a new Ateb-Gabor filtering algorithm with the wave skeletonization method has been developed, the recognition results of which have better quality, which allows to increase the recognition quality from 3 to 10%. Conclusion: The Zhang-Suen algorithm is a 2-way algorithm, so for each iteration, it performs two sets of checks during which pixels are removed from the image. Zhang-Suen's algorithm works on a plot of black pixels with eight neighbors. This means that the pixels found along the edges of the image are not analyzed. Hilditch thinning algorithm occurs in several passages, where the algorithm checks all pixels and decides whether to replace a pixel from black to white if certain conditions are satisfied. This Ateb-Gabor filtering will provide a better performance, as it allows to obtain more hollow shapes, organize a larger range of curves. Numerous experimental studies confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: The importance of conducting research on the processes of formation and development of the employer brand is substantiated in the article. The impact of the employer brand on the processes of attracting and retaining talented employees has been proven. The employer brand is defined as an important component of the company's competitiveness and success. Among the main benefits of the HR brand for the company are reduced costs for attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel; increased employee loyalty and reduced personal risks; expanded investment opportunities; and stakeholder support. It has been found that employer brand management is a rather complex process that requires systematic research, analysis and results of which have a long-term perspective. the research on the definition of the category "employer brand" has been generalized. The employer brand is considered to be a certain image that carries generalized information about the company as a whole, the working environment it creates, the possibility or lack of career development, and the corporate culture. The author proves the importance of the labor market positioning process, which includes a set of measures aimed at determining the competitive advantages of an enterprise in the labor market and their practical implementation with a view to creating an attractive image of the company as an attractive employer. The main factors influencing the employer brand are divided into internal and external. The main internal factors include organizational and corporate culture; management style; company values and mission; internal communication; availability of career development opportunities; compensation package; company size; social responsibility; job security; flexible working hours and working conditions. Among the external factors are the following: reputation in the labor market; presence of competitors; external communication (PR strategy); product brand reputation; changes in demand for the company's products; political instability in certain regions; and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is proved that successful employer brand management requires an integrated approach to forming a value proposition for employees and meeting their needs and expectations.

Abstract: The aim: The objective of the current study was to reveal ultrastructural changes in rats’ thymocytes in experimental data in conditions of mild general dehydration. Materials and methods: The study was conducted on 20 non-linear adult male laboratory rats weighing 150-170 g. Histological and semi-thin slides of the thymus were prepared according to the required guidelines. Results: On average, in the cortical zone of the thymus, there was decreased cellularity by 13.4% (p 〈 0.001), while in the medulla zone this indicator turned out to be unreliable - 5.5% (р=0.19), compared to the indicators in animals of the control group. The study showed that a slight degree of general dehydration of the body causes ultrastructural changes in the thymus and is accompanied by a cell-mediated response of the central link of immunogenesis and results in morphological changes in the thymus, which are atrophic in nature with a typical pattern of remodeling of the organ’s microstructure, which corresponds to cellular aging and the associated sign of accelerated involution. Conclusions: General dehydration of a mild degree in the experiment is accompanied by a cell-mediated response of the central link of immunogenesis and results in morphological changes in the thymus, which are atrophic in nature with a typical pattern of remodeling of the organ’s microstructure, which corresponds to cellular aging and the associated sign of accelerated involution.

Abstract: The article substantiates the relevance of studying the issues of formation of the social package in the new socio-economic conditions. It analyses the degree of study of the specified problematics. The role of the employee's social package in the personnel management system and the benefits for the employer from the introduction of the social package in the short and long term are determined. The basic requirements for the process of forming a social package in the new socio-economic realities are outlined. The importance of assessing the factors influencing the formation of a social package for company employees is emphasised. It is proposed to assess the environmental factors using the PEST-analysis, which includes political, social, economic and technological factors. It is determined that in Ukrainian companies, social packages usually include basic social guarantees provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and additional benefits provided by the employer on its own initiative. The Ukrainian trend of recent years has been the introduction of wellness programmes into the structure of the social package. The coronavirus pandemic is identified as a powerful factor influencing the structure and content of the social package. Various models of motivation to work and the possibility of their implementation in Ukraine are investigated. Foreign motivation tools that can be implemented in Ukrainian practice are outlined. The first step in the formation of a social package is to study the needs of the company, which is achieved by conducting a survey of the company's employees. The author outlines the need to constantly review the structure and content of the social package, measure its effectiveness and improve its structure. It is recommended to calculate the effectiveness of the social package by comparing the cost of formation and functioning of such a component as a social package with the benefits that arise after its implementation in the company. An important step is to conduct a survey among employees in the form of a questionnaire on satisfaction with the components of the social package.
