Abstract:
Der Wunsch der Kunden nach kurzen Lieferzeiten, hoher Variantenvielfalt und geringen Kosten erfordert eine hohe Flexibilität und eine kontinuierliche Anpassung der Fabrik. Dies führt in den Unternehmen zu einem steigenden Fabrikplanungsaufwand. Um eine abgesicherte Planung zu gewährleisten, müssen alle Wissensträger des Unternehmens in den Planungsprozess einbezogen werden. Insbesondere die operativen Mitarbeiter in der Produktion sind hierbei von hoher Bedeutung, da sie auf Grund ihrer Erfahrung über umfangreiches implizites, also nicht dokumentiertes Wissen verfügen. Der vorliegende Artikel stellt die Entwicklung eines Multitouch-fähigen Planungstischs, dem T3Pad, zur Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterpartizipation in der Fabrikplanung vor. Hierbei liegt der Fokus auf der Umsetzung einer integrativen Lösung aus intuitivem Software- und bedienerfreundlichem Interaktionsdesign.
