Abstract:
Bei der Isolierung von Zellen mit Trypsin oder EDTA ändert sich die Permeabilität der Zellmembran. Rohrzucker, der normalerweise nicht in Zellen eindringt, penetriert in die enzymatisch oder mechanisch isolierten Zellen. Der K-Gehalt der Zellen nimmt ab, während der Na-Gehalt zunimmt. Diese Änderungen haben sich nach 22-tägigem Wachsen in der Zellkultur noch nicht zurückgebildet.
