Abstract: Following a discussion of the various reasons why a fetus may be intentionally aborted, this article seeks to address the following question: What are the Sunni jurists' views on the legality of an intentional abortion of a fetus when the mother's life or health is in danger? The response to the question should be given by dividing the fetus' life span into two phases before and after the soul is breathed in, as well as by dividing Sunni jurists into past and present jurists, as well as according to the four well-known Sunni jurisprudence schools. The fundamental standards on which Sunni jurists have founded their opinions must be met in each of the aforementioned areas. Since determining the standards and foundation of their viewpoint can, at least in part, clarify the outcome of other factors that serve as justification for the purposeful abortion of the unborn. Although they have not said what punishment they want. It appears that all of the jurists of the past agreed that it is unlawful to willfully abort once its soul has been breathed, even if doing so would save the mother's life. The decision to purposefully terminate a baby before the soul is inhaled has been discussed from numerous angles by the four illustrious jurisprudential schools, including the majority of modern Sunni jurists, given that a fetus is a respected object at this stage. As a result, when the life of a being with a soul (such as a mother) and a being without a decent soul are in conflict, the life of the being with a soul is given priority. Because for now, saving the mother's life is the least harm that human civilization endures following the principle (of tolerating the least two harms). Some modern jurists think that it is illegal to have an abortion without a good reason if the fetus is intentionally aborted after the soul has been blown. And other people believe it is acceptable to purposefully abort the fetus without having a valid reason. However, all sides agree that if the mother's life is in danger due to the pregnancy, a purposeful abortion of the unborn will not only be acceptable but also required because this is the most obvious instance of a justifiable rationale.

Abstract: To assess the concentration of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and level of temperature and noise due to transportation vehicles from Secunderabad to Uppal. Road vehicles are primary source of air pollution in urban cities and they also are a considerable source of noise pollution. During this study, pollutants like Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide were studied besides other parameters like temperature and noise levels were studied for a period of seven days, that is five working and two nonworking days’ from 4th of March till 10th of March 2018, at different time intervals in one of the busiest routes of Hyderabad. The area selected for the study stretches from Secundrabad Railway Station to Uppal Ring Road with ten sampling points. Relative frequency distribution and cumulative relative frequency distribution are used for assessing noise, temperature, CO and CO2 levels. The results of this study identify the status of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and noise pollution. During these days and these different sampling locations, I could come to a conclusion that maximum CO is 12 PPM, CO2 887 PPM, temperature 41℃ and noise is 78 decibels. The study concludes with suggestions for control of air pollution and noise pollution to avoid any health-related issues

Abstract: The magical and vast nature of Afghanistan has been one of the most essential factors in the implementation of strategic plans of great powers throughout history in this part of the world including its strong economy in the Middle Ages and the tall mountain ranges, plains, and flats, desert areas, rivers and the special geopolitical situation showed the magnificence of the country to the explorers. Therefore, yesterday's Khorasan and today's Afghanistan hosted them at certain times, and the powers came and went, or they were dissolved among the native people with their cultural and ideological mixing. The arrival of pre-Islamic religions is one of the consequences of those movements, whose remains include golden cups from the treasure of Flaul Hill, Greek works of Ai Khanum, vases with Roman sheaves, small Indian plates found in Bagram, and luxurious jewelry. Tala Tepe and thousands of other remains talk about the artistic, cultural, and religious mixing of this ancient region. Receiving works from many places such as Hoda, Bamiyan, Bakhtar, Gandhara region, etc. in Afghanistan is a clear expression of the existence of Greek-Bactrian civilization and the spread of Greek culture and ideas with our religious mixtures, before the spread of the holy religion of Islam, as Gandhara was the main route of trade caravans and the passage of Buddhist missionaries to the eastern lands of the country, it was considered the first place to build Buddhist statues. In Bamiyan, Salsal is 55 meters high and Shamameh is 35 meters high, and it stamps the seal of Buddhism on the forehead of the time. The art of high-quality paintings indicates the existence of another religion called the religion of Mani, which was inspired by the Indo-Greek style in the spirit of the industry of the Sassanid period. Shivaism and Brahmanism in Kabul and the coronation of Rayan Kabuli in the region of Shiyuki (Shiva's place) and Andaki (Andra's place) in the southwest of current Kabul, and Shiyuki idols of Shiva and Andaki idols of Indra and Brahma existed because these two are considered to be the lords of the Brahmins. Here still possible to visit those places and hold special ceremonies there, which indicates the existence of this religion in Afghanistan before Islam.

Abstract: This research has been done on the conditions of sale, which are mentioned in the Islamic jurisprudence for the sale, so that the sale is confirmed and forbidden sale is prevented, and this shows the general purpose of this article. The working method of this article is a library, to complete the content of this article, authoritative books such as Fatah al-Qadir, Bada'i al-Sana'ia, Fiqh al-Sunnah, etc. have been used. And the results show that the jurists of the four sects of Ahl al-Sunnah and Jama'at have defined the sale in different terms, but the common point is that everyone is of the opinion that the sale is the exchange of property for property, which is done by way of compromise and for The correctness and correctness of the sale, it is necessary to have the proper distribution Some of them are related to warm transaction contracts, and some of them are related to things that are transacted, i.e. the price of the seller, and some of them are related to the form of contract, i.e. demand and acceptance.

Abstract: There is no doubt that with the intensification of the financial and political crisis in recent years in Afghanistan, many banks faced a severe financial and profitability crisis, in general, among many registered and official banks in the Central Bank of Afghanistan, a large number it suffers from liquidity problem and lack of profitability. Liquidity refers to how assets can be converted into cash at the earliest time or at the lowest cost, which is called an asset with high liquidity. In terms of liquidity, the asset's liquidity is high, so it can be converted into cash at a very low cost and quickly. The higher the liquidity of an asset, the more useful it will be. Also, profitability shows the bank's ability to earn income from its assets. After examining variables such as (benefit or profitability, return on capital and liquid assets), this research examines the relationship between banks' liquidity ratios and profitability using multivariable linear regression during the years (2016-2020). The research findings show a weak but positive relationship between liquidity ratios and profitability of banks, considering the research results  and also smaller than α= 0.05, so the null hypothesis can be rejected and the alternative hypothesis can be confirmed.

Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between women's income and their expenses in Afghanistan with the case example of Takhar Province and show: how much of women's income is directed to which type of expenses, do women contribute to family expenses or No. The method of the research depends on the field study, and its statistical term consists of Takhar's population and (the government's staff). The sample size used by YAMANI methods, among 14443 employees 380 of them have been selected as a sampling size. The tools of data collection are the questionnaires, along with 14 specific enquires the individual's specification is also added to the questionnaires. The collected data has been analysed through the program of the SPSS24 and some multiple tests being applied.  Cronbach's alpha for the variables is equal to (0.724), the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is more than 1, and (0.103) shows that the dynamic process is better and there is also a strong correlation between the variables. The significant level is less than (0.05) which shows a successful model. The result of the research indicates, an increase of one percent of the woman's income (5.7%) consumed on cosmetic and luxury expenses (fashion, and makeup) (7.4%) allocated to families, accommodation of food items, (7.9%) spent on textile and fabrics, (8%) put to the housing, (7%) gold saving, (9.2%) goes to their children education cost, (7.5%) family’s loan payment, (7.6%) on woman’s parties, (7.5%) spent on gifts, and (5.9%) is re-invested by women. Also, with the increase of every percent in women’s income (7.9) % of them goes to the parent’s households, and (9%) is consumed by the head of the families. As briefly, that only one percent increase of the woman income 91% of them consumed in above-mentioned line.

Abstract: Since women make up half of the population, they have a significant role in providing family resources, so that women's social responsibility in some matters is more important than men's, in the family environment as a mother, wife and raising children and outside the home play an effective role in manufacturing and service activities, the use of women's labor force in the production of goods is one of the fundamental components of developed countries. But women's activities in some backward societies are unfairly ignored and cannot even be counted in the calculation of national production, this study aims to investigate the contribution and role of women's economic activity in the economy of rural families with the case example of Khost and Farang districts of Baghlan province, it is important to investigate this issue because by recognizing and stabilizing the amount of women's activity, the transformation in the old patriarchal system is important. Making changes in infrastructures, helped in the social fair business method, and economic growth of the country, the data collection method is two types (field questionnaire that 247 families in the form of samples and from other reliable domestic and foreign scientific books and articles), to analyze information and get the intensity of the relationship about women's work in agriculture, livestock and handicrafts in the family economy, by Pearson method. The output of 0.71%, with a coefficient of 0.504% and the value of his statistics 4.83%, which is greater than the critical value of 2.069%, the results of statistical analysis with a confidence level of 95% indicate the fact that there is a positive relationship between women's work and the income of rural families and the value of women's work has a positive and significant role in the economy of rural families.

Abstract: Acid rain is a serious environmental problem that occurs in many places around the world. Acid deposition can form as a result of the oxidation of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide gases that are released into the atmosphere. These gases (SO2, NOx) are the primary causes of acid rain, and physically and chemically react with water, oxygen, and other chemicals to form other acidic compounds such as sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and nitric acid (HNO3). Acid rain can form in the presence of ozone and carbon dioxide as well. Sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and nitric acid (HNO3) affect biological systems like plants directly. This paper provides information about acid formation and the direct impacts of acid rain on plants. Through a survey of the literature, we assessed the direct effects of acid rain on leaf chlorophyll, growth, and yield parameters on crops that have the highest economic importance in Afghanistan. (e.g., wheat, rice). For the analysis of the data, linear regression was applied. The results showed that plant parameters (dependent variables) such as leaf length, leaf area, chlorophyll content, leaf dry weight, and weight of 1000 seeds of wheat; leaf area; net-photosynthetic rate; and leaf dry weight of rice can be significantly affected by pH treatments (pH 5.5–2.5) (independent variables). The trends of the analysis determined significant negative effects of acid rain on plant parameters. To reduce the impacts of acid rain on plants, it is necessary to apply adaptation and mitigation strategies.
