Abstract:
Im Zuge der dritten Agrarrevolution und der darin inkorporierten Digitalisierung verändert die
algorithmenbasierte Technologie der Künstlichen Intelligenz erheblich den Agrarbereich. Dies begünstigt die Integration von ökonomischer Ressourceneffizienz und ökologischer Ressourcenleichtigkeit gleichermaßen.
Allerdings ergeben sich erhebliche Rechtsprobleme, die zu Regulierungsüberlegungen/-vorschlägen im europäischen Kontext führen. Dies betrifft vor allem die Datenrechte – auch mit Bezug
zur DSGVO und zum Code of Conduct – einerseits, KI-Sicherheitsrecht und KI-Haftungsrecht andererseits.
