Abstract:
Auf Grund ihres großen Arbeitsraums und ihrer Flexibilität bieten Industrieroboter konzeptionell eine gute Basis für die spanende Bearbeitung, insbesondere von großen Bauteilen. Auf Grund ihrer geringen Steifigkeit und den daraus resultierenden schlechten Ergebnissen bei der Maßgenauigkeit und Oberflächenqualität sind praktische Anwendungen in der Industrie aber noch selten. In diesem Beitrag wird ein modularer Ansatz vorgestellt, um die Absolutgenauigkeit von Industrierobotern unter dem Einfluss von Prozesskräften zu verbessern.
