Abstract:
In der Literatur existieren kaum Daten über Arbeitsabläufe in deutschen Universitätsambulanzen. Im Zeitalter der integrierten Versorgung ist es notwendig, bereits vorhandene Strukturen zu erfassen und zu beurteilen,bevor neue Konzepte erarbeitet werden. Daher erfolgte von August 2001 bis August 2002 eine prospektive Untersuchung aller in der Allgemeinen Sprechstunde (von 06.30 Uhr bis 16.00 Uhr) der Universitätsklinik für Kinder und JugendlicheLeipzig vorgestellten Kinder (n =2660) bezüglich Vorstellungstag,Vorstellungszeit, Alter, Nationalität, Versicherungsstatus, Vorstellungsgrund, Hausarzt, Wohnregion,Untersuchungsumfang und Diagnose.Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie zeigen, dass Hochschulambulanzen mit ihren spezifischen Patientengruppen nichtnur wichtig fürdie Sicherstellung der Versorgungbei speziellen Erkrankungen, sondern auch unverzichtbarer Bestandteil mit ihrer speziellen Expertise und ihren infrastrukturellen Voraussetzungen für die fächerübergreifende Bearbeitung interdisziplinärerProbleme sind.
