Abstract:
Bedürfnis- bzw. Interessen-Begriff nehmen in der zeitgenössischen Gesellschaftskritik und -planung eine zentrale Stelle ein. Sie sollen Sachwalter der Person gegenüber der Gesellschaft sein und sind zugleich in dieser Funktion problematisch geworden, da sie selbst dem Einfluß sich wandelnder Sozialsysteme unterliegen. Soll die Komplexität und Dynamik sich differenzierender Bedürfnisorientierungen empirisch erfaßt werden, dann ist das nur in einem theoretischen Konzept sinnvoll, das das Problem des Verhältnisses personaler Bedürfnisse zu sozialen Strukturen thematisiert. Strukturell-funktionale Theorie, historischer Materialismus, Sozialisationstheorien, Verhaltenstheorie, relative Deprivation und symbolischer Interaktionismus werden im Hinblick auf diese Leistung befragt. Schließlich wird ein sytemanalytisches Paradigma entwickelt, das den Austausch zwischen materiellen, sozialen und personalen Systemen über Bedürfnisorientierungen geregelt sieht; diese werden als Konflikte begriffen. Entwicklung materieller und sozialer Systeme vollzieht sich demnach durch das Medium intrapersonaler und sozialer Strategien der Konfliktlösung in personalen Systemen. In einem Untersuchungs- und Variablenplan wird angedeutet, wie die Konflikte (Bedürfnisorientierungen) und Konfliktstrategien in ihrer Differenzierung empirisch zu ermitteln sind und wie das Hypothesensystem anzusetzen hat, das sie in einen weiteren Erklärungszusammenhang stellt.
