Abstract:
No se comprendería la vida política global de no distinguir varias instancias jerarquizadas. Lo político como realidad social objetiva, condiciona la existencia y el desarrollo de la política como actividad intencional de alcance general. Ésta condiciona a su vez la práctica diaria, a veces llamada «politiquería». Pero lo político en sí no goza de una autonomía absoluta, y los distintos conceptos filosóficos admiten que depende o de la Providencia, o del Clima, o de la Economía, o de las Ideas, etc... La interdependencia necesaria de las instancias relativamente independientes unas de otras no queda asegurada más que cuando, sin adherir inmediata y estrechamente unas con otras, reaccionan cada una a su modo y mantienen entre sus movimientos la agilidad que les permite articularse.
