Abstract:
Introdução: Crianças nascidas com cardiopatia congênita estão crescendo, chegando à adolescência e alcançando a idade adulta. Atualmente, estima-se que 90% dos pacientes com cardiopatias complexas atinjam os 18 anos de idade.1,2 Entretanto, são poucos os programas de reabilitação cardíaca para esta população. Objetivo: Revisão sistemática da literatura buscando evidências de programas de treinamento físico e reabilitação cardíaca visando melhora na capacidade funcional e qualidade de vida (QV) em pacientes com cardiopatias congênitas (CC). Métodos: A revisão da literatura foi feita pelas bases ele-trônicas PubMed, Cochrane, Scopus, Embase e LILACS, entre o período de 2013 e 2020. O aplicativo Rayyan foi utilizado para arquivamento, organização e triagem dos artigos. Resultados: Foram selecionados 172 artigos, excluídos 123 pela análise do título e resumo e 12 após leitura completa do texto. Elegíveis e incluídos nesta revisão foram 15 artigos. Dentre eles, seis Trials controlados e randomizados, sete estudos clínicos controlados e dois não controlados. No total, 53,3% dos estudos desta revisão foram supervisionados, 33,3% somente home-based e 13,33% tiveram o treinamento em formato híbrido, parte supervisionado e parte home-based. Conclusão: O treinamento físico aeróbio e de força muscular prescrito de maneira individualizada promove melhora na capacidade funcional e QV. Desta maneira, deve ser recomendado para todos os pacientes portadores de car-diopatia congênita. Ainda, ambos os treinamentos físicos supervisionado e home-basedmostraram-se seguros e eficazes, mesmo para pacientes com cardiopatias complexas
