    Abstract: The authors of the article analyzed the guiding documents of the security forces of the security and defense sector of Ukraine regarding the conduct of professional and psychological selection of candidates for military service to protect the territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine. The concept of professional and psychological selection and its components are defined. The problems of the peculiarities of professional and psychological selection in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (National Guard of Ukraine, National Police of Ukraine, State Border Service of Ukraine, and State Service for Emergency Situations), Security Service of Ukraine, and Armed Forces of Ukraine are considered. An analytical review of the features of the professional and psychological selection of Ukrainian citizens to the security forces of the security and defense sector of Ukraine made it possible to draw the following conclusions. Professional and psychological selection in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has both its general common features and a sufficient number of differences, borrowing at least some of them will make it possible to improve the quality of professional and psychological selection of candidates for service in these and other security forces. A feature of professional and psychological selection for the Security Service of Ukraine is the availability of methods aimed at diagnosing interpersonal relationships (the method for determining social intelligence, in other words, determining the ability to predict the consequences of the behavior of others, is worth paying attention to). Professional and psychological selection in the Armed Forces of Ukraine needs improvement, which is a difficult task, taking into account a large number of military accounting specialties, as well as large losses in units that need not only quick but also high-quality replenishment (taking into account the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.

    Abstract: Assessment of pathogenic properties of the soil antagonist fungus Trichoderma viride Pers was performed in vivisection on white mice model. During the experiments the LD50 of strain was established, followed by the study of pathological and bacteriological tests of the internal organs of laboratory animals. According to the results obtained, Trichoderma viride Pers 505 strain belongs to a group of the avirulent microorganisms, not capable to invade internal organs of studied warm-blooded animals and cannot be considered as pathogenic.

    Abstract: The article presents analytical review of theoretical phase of psychological techniques development – metaphorical association cards "Masc" to work with servicemen (combatants) of the Ukrainian armed forces. The main purpose of the tools abovementioned is to increase efficiency of psychological support of servicemen (combatants) of the Ukrainian armed forces (including those who take part in combat actions in the combat area). Metaphorical association cards provide arrangement of constructive dialog between a serviceman and a psychologist that makes possible to optimise time for getting into psychological contact. Metaphorical associational cards are helpful both in performing of psychognosis of servicemen (individually and in groups) promptly and enabling to resolve numerous problems (normalize negative emotional conditions, increase motivation for activity, contribute to resolve conflict situations inside of unit) etc. Use of these cards is more practical because of massive refusals of servicemen to perform tests' tasks with traditional methods of psychognosis, i.e. survey, blank test procedures, computer-based automated psychological procedures, etc. The following results were obtained from theoretical phase of research: 1) peculiarities of metaphorical associational cards were defined, they were recognised as an active psychological tool. Procedure for their employment was determined. Basic recommendations for their development were formed; 2) particularities and advantages of Masc therapy method were defined, and recommendations for it practical use were developed; 3) advantages of both methods combination – Masc therapy method and metaphorical associational cards (MAC) use were established. Creation of psychological tools MAC "Masc" was the result of this research, it is designed for psychological work with servicemen (combatants) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; 4) the basic list of problems was defined, that is the object to find solution for them by mean of abovementioned psychological tools. It is based on analytical description of part-time groups of psychological aid that accompany Ukrainian Armed Forces units in the battle area from the beginning of full-scale invasion; 5) the procedure for development of metaphorical association cards for psychological work with combatants of Ukrainian armed forces was created.

    Abstract: In a market economy, a salary are an important element of the labor market, formed due to the interaction of labor demand and supply and expresses the market value of the use of hired labor. Various aspects of social and labor relations affect salaries and incomes. Salaries of teachers, compared to other sectors of the publish institutions, have certain features: regulated by many special regulations, is a guaranteed amount of income, paid mainly for mental work, depending on the level of their qualifications. Holidays are payments to employees for the unworked time while maintaining a job and average earnings, ensuring the fundamental constitutional right to rest. All relations between employers and employees on issues of remuneration and leave are regulated by labor legislation: regulations, general, sectoral, and regional agreements, collective agreements. This study is devoted to the theoretical and methodological issues and problems of the organization of holiday accounting, determining areas for improvement. This article analyzes the features of the calculation, accounting and payments of salaries and holidays in general secondary education. According to the current legislation, the characteristics of different types of vacations are given. The main issues of granting and paying annual leave to teachers and determining their size, unused holiday pay cases, and payment of monetary compensation are considered. In accounting for such calculations, various transactions occur, made out by primary documents recorded in reporting forms. Failure to comply with the non-compliance with current legislation on the granting and calculating leave threatens sanctions and fines imposed on both responsible persons and the institution itself. The main elements that need to be disclosed in the Order on Accounting Policy in terms of payments to employees of educational institutions are listed. An algorithm for calculating the average daily wage with the inclusion of individual payments to the employee's total income in the calculation period by type of leave has been developed and proposed for use.

    Effectiveness of food concentrate phenolic compounds of apples in experimental membrane pathologies

    Abstract: Apple fruits are an available source of phenolic compounds that exhibit a wide range of biological activities (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, membrane stabilizing, etc.). The antioxidant properties of food concentrate phenolic compounds of apples (Concentrate) were studied in vitro in models of spontaneous and ascorbate induced lipid peroxidation (LPO) in rat liver homogenate, and acute carbon tetrachloromethane hepatitis was chosen as in vivo model in rats. Membrane stabilizing activity was evaluated by the degree of hemolysis in blood samples from the tail vein. The effect of Concentrate on vascular permeability was studied considering the time of animal skin papules staining at the site of injection of phlogogenic substances. Hepatoprotective activity in the model of acute carbon tetrachloride hepatitis was assessed by changes in prooxidant-antioxidant status in liver homogenate and liver enzymes activity in serum. Significant antioxidant effect of Concentrate was fixed in models of spontaneous and ascorbate induced LPO (TBA reactants’ content was 3.12 times and 2.25 times lower than control for spontaneous LPO and ascorbate induced LPO, respectively) and under tetrachloride hepatitis (Concentrate antioxidant activity was 47.8%). The membrane-protective activity of the studied Concentrate was also high and reached 50.1%. Also, Concentrate demonstrated capillary-strengthening properties, reducing the permeability of the vascular wall, which was caused by three different chlorogens, most notably by zymosan (Concentrate significantly delayed the stain utilization from the bloodstream by 2.14 times compared to control). Newly developed concentrate showed complex hepatoprotective activity, improving the indices of antioxidant-prooxidant status and activity of liver cytolysis enzymes in rats with tetrachloromethane hepatitis. The transparent corrective effects of Concentrate are the result of synergism and additivity of its multiple components and indicate the prospects of its further research in order to develop medications for the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases associated with membrane damage.

    Abstract: At present, issues related to investment activities in Ukraine are very important. Of particular importance is the investment activity related to capital investment, creating a solid foundation for stable, efficient operation and rapid development of each enterprise. Insufficient capital investment can lead to limited opportunities, loss of income, increased production costs, increased production shortages, loss of competitiveness and decline of the enterprise. For effective management of capital investments of the enterprise the system of accounting and analytical support based on reliable definition of their cost, the mechanism of their reflection in the account and the reporting, effective system of the analysis and internal control is important. This study is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and methodological issues and problems of organization of accounting of capital investment accounting, identification of areas for improvement. This article analyzes domestic and international regulations on accounting to determine the nature and composition of capital investments. The issue of formation and differentiation of capital investment costs is considered. The classification of capital investments on various grounds is reflected, which is important for the formation of a proper organization of accounting and control in the enterprise. Sources of capital investment are the company's own funds, the use of budget funds or extrabudgetary funds, other sources of funding. The main sources of financing capital investments today are the own funds of enterprises. Generalized approaches to reflect capital expenditures that are associated with the creation or acquisition of non-current assets, as well as those that are included in the initial cost of such objects, in the accounts. It is proposed to streamline accounting through the introduction of additional sub-accounts that will meet the various information needs for analysis and control of capital investments in the enterprise. To separate the components of capital investments, the characteristics of the new sub-accounts to account 15 "Capital investments" are given. The main elements that need to be disclosed in the order on the company's accounting policy for capital investment are presented.

    Abstract: Objective. Study the influence of Bacillus subtilis and probiotic strains of lactic acid bacteriaon microbiological processes during fermentation of rolled moist corn grain. Methods. Microbiological, zootechnical. Results. The antifungal activity of probiotic strains of Bacillus subtilis ВРТB1 and Lactobacillus plantarum KT-L18/1 against micromycetes isolated from rolled moist corngrain was studied. It has been established that B. subtilis ВРТ-B1 actively inhibits the growth ofmoulds of the genera Mucor, Rhisopus and Penicillium and yeasts of the genera Sacharomyces andTorulopsis. L. plantarum KT-L18/1 shows weak antifungal activity, pronounced antagonism is onlyobserved against micromycetes of the genus Penicillium and yeast of the genus Torulopsis. Underexposure to B. subtilis ВРТ-B1 and L. plantarum KT-L18/1, was a 3-fold increase in the number oflactic acid bacteria on a day 70 compared to the same parameter in the baseline raw material; nobutyric acid bacteria, moulds and pathogenic microorganisms were detected. When air flow isavailable for prepared moist corn, the development of micromycetes is observed within 14 days inall variants, except for inoculation of raw materials with L. plantarum KT-L18/1. At the same time,the number of micromycetes increased 2.4 times in the moist corn without the introduction of preservatives, which increases the probability of accelerated aerobic spoilage of feed and the threat ofcontamination with mycotoxins. Feed acidity both on a day 70 of preservation and on a day 14 fromthe beginning of air access in variants with the introduction of probiotic strains of B. subtilis ВРТB1 and L. plantarum KT-L18/1 and biopreservative Sil-All 4×4 was stably optimal within pH 4.0 to4.3. In a preserved rolled moist corn grain without introduction of preservative, pH of the feedincreased from 4.6 to 5.2, which is favourable for the active development of aerobic microflora.Conclusions. Making of rolled moist corn grain treated with B. subtilis ВРТ-B1 and L. plantarumKT-L18/1 ensures the establishment of optimal levels of feed acidity, prevents the intensive development of putrefactive microorganisms, micromycetes, which contributes to better aerobic stabilityof feed for 14 days after access of air compared with feed without the use of probiotic microorganisms; saturates the moist corn with probiotic microflora beneficial for animals.
