Abstract:
Dieser Beitrag betrachtet den Entwurf von Gleitzustandsreglern für hydraulische Wegeventile. Ausgehend von der Motivation,
die Komplexität der gegenwärtig verwendeten Regler zu reduzieren, wird ein Ansatz basierend auf der Gleitzustandsregelung zweiter Ordnung diskutiert. Typischerweise erfolgt die Parametrisierung der Regler im Kontext hydraulischer Systeme durch
Evolutionäre Optimierungen, die eine Vielzahl von zeitaufwändigen Experimenten am realen System durchführen. Dieser Beitrag verfolgt ein simulationsgestütztes Vorgehen. Für das hydraulische Wegeventil wird ein physikalisch motiviertes
Streckenmodell vorgestellt, anhand dessen in der Simulation die Regler parametrisiert werden. Der Vergleich zwischen den simulierten und real gemessenen Sprungantworten zeigt eine hohe Übereinstimmung und ein Verlust an Regelgüte ist beim
Übergang von der Simulation zum realen System nicht erkennbar. Im Vergleich zu anderen Verfahren kann somit gezeigt werden, dass durch Verwendung von Simulationsmodellen für Wegeventile die Inbetriebnahmezeiten deutlich reduziert werden
können.
