    Abstract: AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the influence of organizational culture on positive work behavior; (2) the influence of organizational culture and innovative work behavior on employee performance; and (3) the role of innovative work behavior in mediates the relationship of organizational culture with employee performance. The study was conducted at the Rural Credit Bank (RCB) in Badung Regency, Bali Province. The number of research samples is 52 RCB. The respondents in this study are 156 employees. The data is analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The result shows that organizational culture shows a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. Work culture and innovative work behavior also have a significant positive effect on employee performance at RCB. It is concluded that innovative work behavior acts as a mediator in the relationship between organizational culture and the performance of RCB employees. Keywords: organizational culture, innovative work behavior, employee performance  Prestasi Kerja Inovatif Sebagai Mediasi Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja positif; (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan (3) peran perilaku kerja inovatif dalam memediasi hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 52 RCB. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 156 karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Budaya kerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di RCB. Disimpulkan bahwa perilaku kerja inovatif berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai RCB. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, perilaku kerja yang inovatif, kinerja karyawan

    Abstract: This research seeks to understand the exploration of co-creation strategies in the collaborative strategy program for innovation in the digital era at Bank OCBC through a qualitative descriptive approach. Study data was collected through documentation, observation, and conducting in-depth interviews directly with 4 informants. The data was then analyzed using a triangulation approach, both sources and techniques, which were guided by the theory of Miles et al. The findings indicate that marketing strategies in the current digital era see collaboration between companies and customers through co-creation. At Bank OCBC, it is implemented well by paying attention to dialogue, access, risk assessment and transparency (DART) in the current era of digital disruption, the co-creation process used by Bank OCBC can be shortened by using platforms such as websites and social media so that it takes advantage of this platform by exchanging ideas with customers to see what they want about current banking products or asking for reviews regarding products that OCBC Bank already has and customer satisfaction in using the products they have so that it has an impact on sustainability. This study is able to make a positive contribution to marketing literature in product marketing and practically for banks in maintaining the business sustainability of financial institutions in Indonesia.

    Abstract: Abstract: Companies are constantly trying to maintain customer trust and loyalty in an effort to preserve business sustainability. Implementing environmental concerns in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is expected to achieve both of these aims. This study aims to analyze the roles of CSR, customer trust, and customer loyalty in business sustainability. Questionnaires were filled by 10 customers from each of 100 Rural Banks spread over 9 districts/cities in Bali, Indonesia. Data analysis was performed with SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The research found that CSR, customer trust, and customer loyalty have a significant impact on business sustainability. The results also found that customer trust and customer loyalty function as mediation in the relationship between CSR and business sustainability. Implementasi kepedulian lingkungan dalam bentuk Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) diharapkan dapat mencapai kedua tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran CSR, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam keberlanjutan bisnis. Kuesioner diisi oleh 10 nasabah dari masing-masing 100 BPR yang tersebar di 9 kabupaten/kota di Bali, Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan software SmartPLS 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa CSR, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan berfungsi sebagai mediasi dalam hubungan antara CSR dan keberlanjutan bisnis.Kata kunci: Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, kepercayaan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan, keberlangsungan usaha

    Abstract: LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu is a village financial institution in Jungutbatu Village, Nusa Penida Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency. However, public interest in the existence of LPD Jungutbatu village has not been maximized because the services of LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu are less competitive with other local banks in Jungutbatu Village by having superior quality of human resources. LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu needs to be more concerned about developing and existing in competition with local bank competitors, namely by enhancing the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study is to discover the competency based human resource management (CBHRM) implementation system in LPD Desa AdatJungutbatu. The system's implementation can increase staff performance, allowing for improved customer service. This study takes a qualitative approach to data collection, with techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation being used. The results revealed that the implementation of CBHRM in the LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu had not been properly implemented, owing to internal LPD parties' failure to pay attention to aspects of CBHRM, such as the recruitment process still referring to the official Banjar”, employee education is still low, and training and development employees cannot be implemented evenly, resulting in inequity in the implementation of CBHRM in the LPD Desa AdatJungutbatu.  ABSTRAK LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu merupakan lembaga keuangan desa yang terletak di Desa Jungutbatu, Kecamatan Nusa Penida, Kabupaten Klungkung. Namun, tingkat ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu belum maksimal dikarenakan pelayanan dari LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu kalah bersaing dengan bank lokal lainya yang ada di Desa Jungutbatu dengan memiliki kualitas SDM serta pelayanan yang lebih unggul. Hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian lebih bagi LPD Desa Jungutbatu untuk berkembang dan eksis dalam persaingan dengan kompetitor bank lokal, yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem Penerapan Competency Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM) di LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu, adanya penerapan system dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada nasabah. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CBHRM di LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu belum dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal tersebut dikarenkan pihak internal dari LPD tidak memperhatikan aspek-aspek dari CBHRM, pada proses rekrutmen masih mengacu pada banjar dinas, pendidikan yang dimiliki karyawan masih rendah, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan belum dapat dilaksanakan secara merata, Sehingga kedepan LPD Desa Adat Jungutbatu, diperlukan lebih memperhatikan serta memaksimalkan aspek-aspek penting pada CBHRM.

    Abstract: In this era of globalization, companies must be able to coordinate all company functions properly, so that company activities can run smoothly. Low job satisfaction in the company will cause various negative impacts such as absenteeism, strikes, sluggish work, changing jobs, and intentional damage. Employees with high levels of satisfaction will be able to overcome this because they have the responsibility and commitment to advancing the company. Conversely, employees who are more satisfied tend to be more effective so that they can increase company productivity. This research was conducted to analyze the role of work motivation, leadership, and work environment in increasing the job satisfaction of nurses at Ganesha General Hospital. Collecting data in this study with a questionnaire with the number of samples used was 135 nurses using the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique was carried out using path analysis, hypothesis testing was carried out at a significance level of 5 percent. Data processing is carried out using computer applications. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, and work environment were significantly able to increase the job satisfaction of nurses. Work motivation acts as a partial mediator in the leadership relationship with job satisfaction and works environment on job satisfaction. Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini perusahaan harus dapat mengkoordinasikan semua fungsi perusahaan dengan baik, agar kegiatan perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Rendahnya kepuasan kerja di perusahaan akan dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif seperti mangkir kerja, mogok kerja, kerja lamban, pindah kerja, dan kerusakan yang disengaja. Pegawai yang tingkat kepuasannya tinggi akan dapat mengatasi hal tersebut karena memiliki tanggung jawab dan komitmen memajukan perusahaan. Sebaliknya pegawai yang lebih terpuaskan cenderung lebih efektif sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat di rumah sakit umum ganesha. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 135 perawat menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi 5 persen. Pemrosesan data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara positif signifikan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Motivasi kerja berperan sebagai pemediasi parsial pada hubungan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.

    Abstract: Penyuluhan Mengenai Pengolahan Sampah Organik Berbasis Eco Enzyme Bagi Ibu-Ibu PKK Banjar Pesurungan Kusamba Bali. Jumlah penduduk kabupaten Klungkung dari waktu ke waktu selalu mengalami pertambahan, terutama di wilayah perkotaannya.  Peningkatan kebutuhan yang diakibatkan oleh jumlah penduduk yang meningkat di Kabupaten Klungkung berimplikasi pada volume sampah yang dibuang. Dalam pelaksanaan program kerja ini, menggunakan metode ceramah atau penyuluhan. Penyuluhan menggunakan proyektor LCD dengan tema dari program kerja saya yaitu Penyuluhan mengenai pengolahan sampah organik berbasis eco enzymne mengundang 40 ibu-ibu PKK Banjar Pesurungan, Desa Kusamba, Kabupaten Klungkung, Provinsi Bali. Narasumber memaparkan materi mengenai cara mengolah sampah organik menjadi eco enzyme dan melakukan praktek pembuatan eco enzyme mendapatkan respon yang positif. Dengan adanya program kerja penyuluhan ini mereka dapat mengolah sampah dengan baik dan benar dan mereka bisa mempraktekkan langsung dirumah masingmasing untuk membuat eco enzyme yang ramah lingkungan. Keistimewaan eco enzyme adalah tidak memerlukan lahan yang luas untuk proses fermentasi seperti pada proses pembuatan kompos. Pembuatan eco enzyme sangat hemat dalam hal tempat pengolahan dan dapat diterapkan di rumah. Kata
